Working with this Zoë and Alex was an outstanding professional experience. From the start, they listened carefully to my brief, picking up on minor remarks to build unique, deeply personal design concepts. The entire process was efficient and stress-free. Their communication was quick, revisions were simple, and the final assets were delivered ahead of schedule and under the quoted timeframe. Their post-project support has been excellent.

First of all two very nice people that are clearly passionate about what they do, but also show a real interest in what you do and go to great lengths to gain an understanding of what you are looking to achieve before entering into any project.

Although my brief was vague and not overly detailed they managed to interpret my vision into something far beyond what I could never have expected.

Alex and Zoe were a true pleasure to work with. We needed a logo, branding, and a website to be simple and playful, impactful and eye-catching, informative and easily accessible, without taking away from the seriousness and delicate nature of the subject matter. Our brief wasn't exactly an easy one, being a suicide awareness and prevention campaign, but Studio Umlaut absolutely nailed it, and then some. Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive, and the project was managed perfectly from start to finish. We had complete trust in them. We have our own run club and wanted to do our own casual tee shirts for the members. The investment of using Umlaut was so worth it! They designed something that an untrained eye just couldn’t come up with. We let them know what we wanted from the design and they did their own adaptation of it which we loved!
