Amazing selection of coral. Really friendly staff
Do kind of wish they had bit more of a fish selection however I know it's mainly a coral shop and they definitely have good coral at good prices

I cannot fault this shop,they were so helpful & kept me posted from despatch to delivery,they also used a great courier to drop it off.

Excellent service and communication, offered an upgrade when the original item i wanted was out of stock and for free, no extra cost.

Cannot fault the customer service after a good 20 minute conversation advise me on the product that I needed and then talk me through where to find it on the website and Also advise me that the Product I was looking at was more advanced than what I needed so recommended the cheaper product, which was what I only needed

Excellent customer service, they sent me the wrong item, told me to keep it and dispatched the correct one the day i called them, brilliant.

Can’t get over how helpful the guys at Umi corals are even if you think your question seems silly because your new in this amazing hobby they are happy to help with there expertise I can’t thank them enough for all there help I highly recommend them to anyone this is why we are a returning customer thank you for all your hard work

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, great selection of corals and reef supplies. They are also helpful on able to source any specific items from a network of suppliers.

Went to have a look for some corals as I have set up a new tank recently. I was surprised by the amount of knowledge the shop employee had and was very welcoming. He even offered a coffee which was nice as I was looking at the range of corals. Will definitely be visiting again :)
