When Kindest of care began employing…

When Kindest of care began employing people, I needed advice on all aspects of HR. Umbrella HR were extremely helpful getting me started, covering the process, documents and policies involved in becoming a manager, ensuring I cover everything that was required.

Umbrella HR supported the development…

Umbrella HR supported the development of our new HR strategy which has provided a framework for future HR activities. They returned to deliver Inclusive Leadership training to Darlington Building Society’s Board and Senior Leadership Team to develop understanding of the strategic importance and business value of Inclusive Leadership. They worked with us collaboratively and delivered for us in a professional manner with great industry and sector incite.

‘Professor Carol Baxter

‘Professor Carol Baxter, with the support of Umbrella HR, complete an internal audit of our Burning Work: Protocol project to measure the success of the project against the set outcomes and to evaluate the effectiveness of the team in delivering their objectives. The aim of the Protocol Project was to produce a campaign based on a mechanism of accountability and democratic participation to enable the community to review and influence legislation and policy. Prof. Baxter and the team delivered an in-depth report, complete with recommendations that assisted us to make important changes and strategic decisions.’
