Daniela is a really patient and helpful Payroll Technician. She goes out her way to reslly understand any payroll issues and ensures she does her utmost best to provide a solution and answer to queries even if she is unsure.

I have never had any issues whilst using Umbrella Company UK for over four years. The main person I have been liaising with during that time has been Daniela and she has always been prompt and efficient when dealing with my queries and questions.

Very happy with the Team (4 years). I only normally call them if there is an issue which is rare. My emails and calls are answered promptly and without fuss. Daniela as an example is always spot on. As are all her colleagues.

I have been with Umbrella Company UK for nearly five years. I found them through a Google search and initially was skeptical about would their low rates impact on their service delivery. However I have been pleasantly surprised with their excellent customer service and efficient processes right from onboarding to payroll. My main interactions have been with Daniela Coleman in Payroll. I have reached out to her with all kinds of queries and she has always responded promptly and with clarity, she is super amazing! Even when my questions have not been about payroll she has gone out of her way to support with any issues and follow up with colleagues to help me with getting a quick resolution.

So far Umbrella Company has been great. The interface is simple and Daniela is prompt, which is always helpful. The only area of improvement could be to contact if the submitted timesheet has a problem, and payment has not been processed.

I got paid every month and was always paid quickly and on time. Was easier handing in timesheet to payroll I joined because they cover you abroad but never needed it in end because of brexit. Big loss to UK economy.
