Ordered tag to be delivered to Ireland on the 11th website says 10 days it’s now the 23rd. No tag and I can’t get a reply. Travelling in a few days and now it’s too late to get a tag off someone else

No contact possible from abroad outside customer area
I never obtained the badge, and had not thought about it. But Ulys kept charging my account. I have never received an email from them either. I can't request a new password for the client area because they don't seem to know any of my passwords. Their chat support is not existing and the number +33 242 400 400 for foreign contact does not exist. They have a contact form, but you have can't fill it in, the options require information that I don't have.
So now I rejected the SEPA from my account, and they sent me an sms within days.
Thank you for your reaction. When dialing your official foreign number, I get a message that the number is not in service. So maybe you should try it yourself.

Hopeless service
Hopeless service , ignoring email , bank transfers not credited to account , account suspended yet no one responds to emails to resolve matters . Billing not clear . I’d rather wait in a queue at the toll booths than have all this hassle
