It's honestly one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I have many expectations of this premium store and I want to be a loyal customer.

I only have one complaint and it's a bit big for me at least. You do not give the importance that you should to each of your customers, OLIUOR for example should communicate personally with each of your customers and generate an excellent shopping experience.
I know that he must be very busy or maybe a random client does not mean anything to him, but if he should change that, organize and give his best, as always.

I hope to receive my black bottle of water soon, greetings.

First at foremost, this is not leather. If you read the details carefully, it does say in the description, thats its vegan leather - but the title, branding, advertising etc., all states that its leather.

The packaging was very poor. Not at all what I expected for a "luxury product".

The mat has now been on my desk for about a week now, and it still has clear marks all over, from being rolled up in the packaging. I don't think it will ever "settle" as they wrote it would.

I'm generaly dissatisfied with this product.

Good experience, but should keep tracking update in overseas deliveries.

Very good quality product, has a strange smell when first arrived, but that scent goes after a day. Makes the desk set up look smart. Overall very pleased, highly recommend.

I ordered a Desk Mat a long time ago. It did not show up, which has nothing to do with ULX, but the Danish PostNord, who made a mistake. ULX have so far been great in helping me to solve the issue with quick response to my mails.

The package arrived in a week, it takes a couple of days to assest (but it's mentioned in the FAQ) and it feels like a premium product.

Bought a desk mat and can't complain, Does the Job and also has the perfect size but can slip around rather easily.
