Obwohl mein Kopfhörer schon älter ist wurde er zu einem sehr moderaten Preis repariert.
Die Firma ist telefonisch erreichbar (ist ja heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich) und auch der E-Mail-Austausch hat gut funktioniert.
So sieht für mich guter Service aus!
