Please do not buy directly from UltraFire, they use a shipping company Yanwen Express who are horrible at shipping and customer service. Had an item shipped to my PO Box, the shipper marked it as an irregular address and sent the package back. Ive have this PO Box for years and had many things shipped there no problems except this. Save yourself a headache and buy from somewhere else or a different product all together. RLSD

They sold a flashlight without a battery. Of course I assumed it was a normal AA battery (or something similar). No, it's a proprietary rechargeable battery.
WTF! What am I supposed to do with this?

Then, to return it they want me to ship it back to China and to pay the shipping. That's how they prevent you from returning it, they make it impossible. So their return policy is a lie (they say they'll send you a shipping label but they won't).

Now I have a worthless flashlight with no battery that's going in the trash.
