Talked to Sarah on the phone and advised I have 13 alum venetian blinds to clean but didnt know the sizing- she offered the price of $250-$260. The next day I provided the sizing and she increased the price to $340 due to 3 of them being longer. She then wouldnt send through a written quote and failed to get back to me. Basically this is a dodgey way to operate, I would definately recommend against using this company as they will try to rip you off.
I ended up using Jim Blinds who did a fantastic job which was all done in 6 hours at a cheaper price.
