Outstanding service from start to finish. I ordered a pair of new headlights and delivery was within two days, exactly as promised. One small part was missing, but I emailed them the same day and the replacement was posted out straight away for next-day delivery. Really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. I told them twice with pictures what a Ford Focus wiper blade fitting looks like and although I ordered an exact fit they sent me out 2 random blades not suitable for a 2012 Ford Focus which needs the button type of blades. As a disabled person no consensus was made to assist me with my disadvantages no free returns label or collection was offered this goes against consumer law

I ordered a passenger door mirror glass and indicator door strip for my 20 year old Mercedes SL 3500. Ultimate Styling cold not have been more helpful. They answered my question using the live chat facility and delivered the parcel the same day to the shipping company (EVRI)so for Ultimate Styling full marks but for EVRI zero stars. EVRI failed to deliver my parcel at all. I contacted Ultimate Styling to see if they could help me and they did by sending a replacement directly without further charge to me which was delivered by EVRI two days later (as expected.) Howeve, I also expected the first parcel to be delivered In a similar fashion.

Ordered wrong rear lights, when contacting Pete was helpful advising our car had the face lift and the correct lights to order, return was simple and correct lights arrived next day.
Simple plug and play lights took less then 20 mins to change both.

Ordered a mirror, as Royal Mail said they delivered it but was never received, so apparently no investigation will be made ! Only £11.90 but would not recommend, as such a poor response.

Ordered a new driver’s side wing mirror glass for a 2009 Citroën C3. It arrived the next day and fit perfectly. Great price too. Will definitely shop here again. Very happy.

Don't buy from this company.

I emailed them within 5 minutes saying I purchased the wrong product and wanted a refund and they didn't contact for a couple of days saying they can't refund and now I have to spend money to send the item. It will end up not being worth the cost after postage so just throwing money away all the because the company doesn't check emails. Very annoyed

Frequently with aftermarket components you have to do a bit of fettling....not with the Electric Wing Mirror I purchased for a 2017 VW Golf S, it fit perfectly, functions correctly and looks as good as the VW one on the other side.

Ordered a door mirror cover for my van had it delivered and fitted in less than 24 hours,i thought i may have had to tweak it here and there as it was an aftermarket part ,it was genuinely fitted within a minute,first class

Avoid this company at all costs. Refund still not arrived after customer service agreed and detailed timings. Communication goes very loose, forcing further action.

Purchased rh & lh electric mirrors in May 2025 for £139
Not been unable to return due to time lapse since purchase
However when my Ford approved garage fitted the rh mirror to my car it was found that the pivot was missing causing the mirror to turn through 90 degrees instead of 45 degrees therefore as the mirror was faulty the garage had to fit the original mirror back onto my the car
I am shocked that a reputable company like this would sell untested parts

I have a 2014 new shape Hyundai i10 and my drivers door mirrors had a coming together with another mirror. Hyundai wanted over £500 to replace the whole mirror assembly as they don't sell just a cover. I obtained this from a good company fully painted which just left the smashed glass. I purchased this from Ultimate Styling, a direct heated replacement which arrived quickly, fitted and works perfectly. My nearside mirror glass had stopped heating a while ago, so without bothering to check the connections and for the sake of another £14.70 with next day delivery, I ordered, received and replaced it.Now I have both mirrors working brilliantly. I recommend you order from this company. Les.

Ordered part and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Never arrived. No communication and did not respond to emails. Fortunately my credit card company cancelled my payment and refunded me. Re-ordered on another site and arrived the next day.

Easy use of website. Seemed to be secure, I've made my payment without any issue. The product arrived on time, it was well packed and it works perfectly.

Excellent customer service. I Ordered a wing mirror glass on a Wednesday night and it was despatched the next day. It was sent 48 hrs and after it still hadn't arrived by the following Tuesday it was evident Royal mail had lost it. I contacted them and received a quick response offering to send another out. I gave Royal Mail one more day and when it still didn't turn up, they sent one for next day delivery. It was only a £10 wing mirror glass, but felt valued as a customer and will definitely use again if needed.

The website was very easy to use to find parts specific to my car. I ordered wing mirror glasses for both my wing mirrors. I received a very thorough and informative confirmation email. They mirrors came with their backing panels and were very easy to fit. Delivery was early. Packaging was effective. Mirrors are very nice quality.
