Faled to deliver a product, refused to help even though the photo they had was not my house!!! Awful customer service and would advise to avoid at all costs

I subscribed to UPHQ for several years but following the end of my coaching journey they charged my debit card for another years membership despite me cancelling. I emailed them a month ago and still no refund. Account shows no active subscriptions
