wrong product sent, quality issues, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have ordered their Mango flavor whey (like I did 5 times before), but then I opened my latest purchase and the color was pink all of a sudden and it tasted like berries. After reaching out, I got the answer, that this is not possible and that I ordered Mango. I am very well aware of what I ordered, the thing is, they delivered the wrong product. They put a different flavor whey in a Mango container. I have included several pictures of their product and stated, that this in fact, was berry flavored whey. Then their answer was, that due to their product being made of mainly natural ingredients, the results may vary. But how on earth does it taste and look like berry, when it should be Mango? Also, I don't buy the natural ingredient narrative, when there's "Yellow 5" in their ingredients (but that's beside the point).
When I wanted to send the product back, it says they have to receive the product in their warehouse within 15 days of purchase. How is this supposed to work when it took them over 7 days to send the shipment out? Also, I would have to pay for it myself, hence I would lose money on the shipment, not to mention it was too late already.
I am highly dissatisfied with their way of handling this issue, as well with their apparent lack of quality/standards in their product. I would have expected some sort of customer service.
