Great staff.

Went in to look for a new hairdryer. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and steered me towards another ETI brand.
When ever I go in the southend shop the staff and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Always get the best service here

Always get the best service here. Tracey has upskilled my knowledge with changing products and thoroughly knows her stuff! Have been using Ultimate for 20 years. Highly recommend. Eddie my dog is always welcome in also 😊

Would shop again

First time here on Friday, big shop with lots of good products. I asked for some advice and the young girl behind the till (red hair) was really helpful and helped me with products to help my hair she was very friendly and easy to talk to, will shop again 👍
