A review regarding Ultimateapps.xyz or whatever their multiple ultimate sites they run. They run a Plex/Emby service that works sometimes. If you ask for help/support they will gas light and blame you for their server issues especially their sysadmin. If you do join, be sure not hurt sysadmin's fragile ego when you ask for support.

They also purge chats in their discord due to all the complaints or angry users so buyer beware. The lack of transparency sucks as you have no option of seeing the past discussions due to their constant purging of chat when they don't like it their way.

Their Kronos (for Plex) is also limited compared to other providers with scripts.

For Emby their self created management panel is a joke with 2 buttons with a start and stop button to the server that doesn't work, you will need to create a ticket for them to restart.

Servers are also probably hetzners located in Finland if you have concerns about speed issues with peering/cdn.

I’ve had this service for 4-5 years and it’s top notch.Easy to request new contents and upgrade or downgrade
Owner is quick to let members know if there is an issue and quick to resolve them.

They have good support.. it would be nicer if they didn’t have a sarcastic answer to queries. But to be fair they are responsive and have a good library that is mostly up and running smoothly

Fantastic service, been using them for almost a year. As reliable as any major name company and fantastic customer service. Near zero downtime and quick response to any tickets. I would easily recommend them as a service to use for anyone's needs. Gone thru several services over the years but Ultimate has stuck thru forever.

Works well, and for 6$ a mo, you cannot get a more reliable and trustworthy share.

A good exchange rate with good support from the exchanger, you will not regret changing here

I was with another provider, had all the content however they were lacking in customer service and somewhat seems lack of knowledge in some places!

Been with Ultimate now for around a month and sure there is less content however, i'd trade that for a solid infrastructure backbone and a solid and fantastic customer service! I probably annoy them with things but they are solid!

You wont be disappointed with these guys!

I bounced around a few services for a while until I came across Ultimate. I've been very happy since - very responsive admins and they can solve your problems very quickly.

They are professional, knowledgeable and have a well oiled machine running.

Very reasonable prices given the standards they set.

The service provided is one of the best plex shares I've ever been apart of. The price point is extremely good for what they provide.

The prices have changed since I've subscribed to my plan, but even the price increase is still an incredible value, when you add up all the other streaming services, you're getting a literal steal for the amount of content provided.

I live in USA/Midwestern region, I do get the occasional buffering/loading hiccup, but usually re-opening the app solves my issues. And sometimes the library of content does take a good second or two to load, but when you have all of the major streaming giants content in one service, you learn to ignore the loading times. There are occasional downtimes, but they don't seem to last very long.

One of the best streaming services I've ever experienced. And I highly recommend getting an AppBox plan, you get more control and can invite anyone to your server.

Had an ongoing problem with getting a secure connection to my server. After repeated attempts on my own to solve the problem, I got smart and opened a ticket. Deadscope with the support staff had me going in a few minutes. With the most content and the best options available, this is the best plex appbox anyone can find anywhere.

I have been with many providers but this is the best by far. Affordable, minimal downtime and excellent customer support
