Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I had to return a product because it was the wrong size, it took over 4 weeks to get the return processed and multiple emails after they received the package to get my refund processed.

Also I wrote a detailed 2 star review for a running vest, as sizing was off and the product was damaged. Ultimate direction did not posted on their website as they must filter out all reviews they do not like.

Overall bad customer service and lacking transparency.
