Transitioning from online dating to relying on a costly service should be a smooth, stress-free process.Initially, there were some minor issues, but these were amplified by incredibly poor communication and a noticeable lack of responsibility and empathy in resolving them.After discussing the situation with Kim, the customer experience manager, I felt assured that the misunderstandings and communication issues were sorted out, allowing us to proceed.However, just five days later, another email arrived with even more confusion, as the concerns still hadn’t been communicated to the matchmaker.This process was supposed to be easy, yet Ultimate Attraction turned it into a nightmare. Paying upfront for what should be a high-quality service seems pointless, as once they have your money, they don't seem to care about you as an individual.
