Ultimate Homeimprovements Reviews

We have just had a new composite back door fitted by Simon at Ultimate home improvements. Simon came when he said he would, after explaining what we needed gave us options. He sent us a quote of cost and when it could be fitted. A few days before Simon contacted us to arrange a convenient fitting time. We are so happy with the door its really secure and with Simons work, hes a friendly guy. we will be getting some windows fitted soon so would happily use him again.

I have had replacement front door and back door with cat flap. Simon was very efficient, fitting perfect, old doors taken away and everything left clean and tidy. Very happy with the doors, look great. If Simon could just come back and teach the cat to use the cat flap…! Definitely use again and would highly recommend

We have recently had two old wooden cottage doors replaced by Simon with uPVC ones. The delivery and fitting date was as promised. The work is to a high standard and we are delighted with the finished job. Communication was prompt and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use again.

We had a new front door supplied and installed by Simon, The door was fitted perfectly with great attention to detail. The old door was disposed of and all mess cleaned up. We also sent Simon to our parents house and they had French doors fitted which they are really happy with. Would be my first choice to have work done again

I had 12 windows replaced last year. The whole process, from discussing requirements and placing the order through to installation was seamless. Simon is very knowledgeable, helpful and offered his expert guidance. Simon (he likes a chat!) and his son were polite, friendly, and very efficient. They tidied up as they went along, and the quality of work was faultless. I used the company again for a replacement front door this year and again received an excellent service. I am very pleased with everything overall and the windows and door look fantastic.

I would use Ultimate Home Improvements again and highly recommend.

Simon and the team came to our house to fit our new front door. The experience was seamless. They worked fast, keeping attention to detail and quality of their work, they were super friendly and tidy upon packing up and leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to contact again and will be calling to do a couple of old windows in the near future, for sure. Highly recommend! :D

Really happy with the work Simon carried out. Had replacement windows and patio doors fitted. Everything we asked for we got. Excellent service. Couldn't be happier. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend Simon and the team highly enough. First class service from the initial contact all the way through to installation. We’re really happy with our new windows, they look fantastic. Simon is so knowledgeable and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work – offering us plenty of sound guidance and suggestions. Would absolutely hire Ultimate again!

I have used Simon previously and as always he delivered on time, on budget and with a kind and friendly attitude.

This time round he fitted 2 doors; a single front door and a set of wide opening french doors to my garden.

Would not hesitate to recommend or hire again.

Simon replaced 12 windows in September 2020, his work is exemplary and he went out of his way to ensure that the windows installed were all that we required. His experience is fantastic and he was prepared to offer suggestions, accepting our decisions without exerting any sales pressure. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows, with a good quality reasonably priced product.

We would like to say a big thank you to Simon and the team for helping us find our dream door and helping with refitting cladding and changing a side window. Looking for them to do some more work with us as we were so happy with their work and service! Thank you

We had a door and 3 windows replaced and are very pleased with the end result. The door was a composite ex display from the showroom so heavily discounted but looks great and fitted brilliantly. Simon then made good everything with new wooden surround/architraves that pretty much match the old one and now it’s just down to me to whack a bit of paint on. Our house is very old so the fitting process was probably harder for them than usual but they left it looking great. The outside wall on one of the windows got quite damaged during the installation (only due to the age) but they fixed it all up. Would recommend to anyone

Great service all round from the initial straight forward quote for a new front door to the actual fitting. I know our fit wasnt the simplest given the surround on the front of the house but the quality of work seems really good and the end result looks great. Simon is really knowledgeable and it's reassuring to have someone like that work on your house. Top tip: have plenty of tea bags at the ready!

I ordered a bespoke window, Simon was quick to call and measure up and was helpful in meeting my requirements. Once the window was made, installation was very quick to follow and was carried out on time and professionally. Overall the cost of the job was very reasonable and overall, very good value.

We recently used Ultimate Homeimprovements to replace our front door. The service we received was excellent. Simon is knowledgeable, friendly and professional and our new door was fitted beautifully. I would highly recommend Simon and his team and will definitely be using them again! Thankyou guys

This is the second time we have used Ultimate Home Improvements, from his no quibble direct estimate,
to the fitting of the Bi fold doors, everything was as promised and on time. Beautifully fitted with no mess
at all, Thank once again Simon.

Excellent workmanship and service during a difficult time. Had all the windows and doors changed which were fitted to a high standard. Would recommend.

Fantastic company excellent workmanship Simon couldn't be more helpful from start to finish would recommend to anyone

Simon has been amazing in helping design and source a replacement window for our Autistic son's bedroom. We needed to have a way of blocking out the window without any external covering. Simon developed a window with internal, electrically operated blackout blinds. This has been an absolute life saver to us a whole family, I can't recommend them highly enough, thank you Simon :-)

From initial quote through to installation of our French Doors the service and attention to detail were excellent, and matched brilliantly the new doors to our already replaced window designs.

We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company for windows and door replacements and will be ringing them again
