So convenient
ULink has made it possible for me to make my annual trust payment to my bank in Mexico. Before the connection between my bank and ULink it was a huge hassle to make my payments.

I sent a payment by accident and ULink…
I sent a payment by accident and ULink had no way to retrieve the money or provide a refund. Nor would they contact the payee on my behalf nor facilitate a repayment by the bank. Terrible customer service...never will use this again

Horrible company
Horrible company - after being forced by my Mexican Trust bank to use this “service” I was charged unnecessary fees and awful forex rate conversion. Then uLink started spamming me about “rewards” and other BS.

I use ULink every year for our trust. Initially this year I needed to unsubscribe the app and resubscribe to get it to work. I entered my phone number and was informed a code would be sent. But it did not appear until 20 hours later which meant it had expired. So I waited until the next day and tried again. This time the code appeared and I proceeded to finish my transaction which went very smoothly. If it is working ULink is great but frustrating when you need to try many times.
