I would give 0 if I could as I am being harassed by frequent cold calls from a bot or maybe a person called David. I block the number and then it comes on a different number. I am part of the Telephone Preference Service but despite this the nuisance calls continue. And no I don't want any new windows or doors!

They keep bothering my 88 year old dad despite him continually asking them to leave him alone. Very pushy and rude

I have a TPS registered number, so I should not have been called. Intrusive robot talking and saying someone is going to phone me in 45 minutes, so even blocking the number might not stop a call from another number. I have reported this call to ICO.

Called by a Bot, despite bering registered with TPS. Appalling.

Cannot stop them calling. No matter how many times told no and put phone down they ring again a few days later. I ignore calls now but still irritating as keeps ringing

Shame cant score zero, cold call from an AI bot, I am registered on the TPS, tried calling back the number on caller ID and nothing, not even engaged, unobtainable or ringing tone. Called back again by a real person and after asking a number of questions about company address, telephone number etc, they realised I wasn't a "hot prospect" and just wanted to report them to the ICO. I see lots of reports of them on Phonely with same experience, why cant the ICO shut them down and fine them?

COLD CALLERS. This company has no regard for the TPS. I would not recommend this company.

Hannah the bot needs to f off and stop calling me EVERY single day, blocked every number yet they call from a different number each time.

‘David’ constantly cold calls my parents. How do we report this company?

Aweful had to give 1* but would give none if possible enough said.

Stop ringing me every day. I have told you I live in a council house and if the doors and windows are to be changed they will do it. I’ve told you to F off on numerous occasions and mentioned we are registers with the TPS and ex directory but you still can’t seem to get that into your thick heads

As he started, I said "David, David, David, stop reading your script and listen...... We already have them!"

They never know who you are, or the area, therefore not legit.
Why can't we score zero?

Like others, robot David rings every 2 weeks and fails to reply to a nonsense question I pose.

Reported to TPS before but we still receive these menacing calls every 2 weeks or so.

Number also blocked but I assume they adopt number surfing.

Zero rating would be better.

Must be using an auto dialer as members of TPS unless that's been sold out.

This company can improve by NOT COLD CALLING AT ALL. I see from other reviews that DAVE usually calls. Well now it's STEVE calling but he is probably just like DAVE... A complete bloody nuisance. Phone numbers used are 0118229 5308 /5307/5306/5281/5284.

Like the review from 9th Sept I too am registered with TPS and am ex-directory. I too had a call from "How are you today David". I never respond to cold callers asking me that, just tell them I have no idea who they are & they hang up. Ignore them. We should be able to rate 0 stars. BTW, the number that called was 00048721950300. 14 digits! Really!! Where in the world is that?
