Svitlana is well experienced ,very compassionate teacher to teach others ,skilled and supportive person . I am ever so grateful for her immense support that she provided me even after my exam taken place . I have completed 4-5 weeks my level 1 adviser course with her .I attended training with other providers but have never come across the way she prepared her notes and path of explaining each task which was excellent and easily understandable. Each task contained relevant information and entailed Govt. guidelines to follow .I also had her written book on part 2 letter drafting skills of the adviser's assessment which helped me to gain the drafting skills better and put all information together as per the task scenario. This book is with full of knowledge and guidance .She also assisted me with other supportive letters that I needed .I am Looking forward to join further training with her.

Svitlana Shlapak helped me very much with my visa. I applied for the Ukrainian scheme but after 4 months I still did not have my BRP.
