The service they deliver is exceptional…
The service they deliver is exceptional and spontaneous. I purchased this HR software when I needed to apply for the Skilled Worker route, and all the required training was provided. Their team never gets tired of explaining things until everything is clearly understood. The software is very user friendly and perfectly aligned with my business needs.
Even after a year, when I contacted them for support, the service remained the same. Today I spoke with Karthika, who patiently helped me sort out several HR related questions. What truly stands out is that their staff have excellent knowledge of UK HR rules and regulations.
I trust them completely, and based on my excellent experience, I upgraded my subscription to a yearly plan today. I have decided to stay with them long term.
I am very confident in recommending their services.
