I recently visited UK Vein Clinic at Harley Street after experiencing pain in my leg and noticing some large veins that were causing me concern. From my very first the team gave me confidence and reassurance, which immediately put me at ease.
I was able to book a consultation quickly, and after seeing the consultant, I was scheduled for surgery within a week. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything was handled and how professional and caring the staff were throughout the process.
The surgery went really well, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend UK Vein Clinic to anyone experiencing similar issues. Thank you to the whole team!

From initial assessment through to the procedure all staff were professional friendly efficient and helpful. The procedure itself was pain-free and over quickly. Informative, understanding and efficient

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Medical staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, everything was clearly explained and I was well looked after both at my initial consultation and during my procedure. Aftercare has also been excellent so far.

The advice and care provided before, during and after the procedure left me feeling confident that all would be well following the procedure. After two days (as instructed) I have removed the bandages to see improvements at a very early stage, for which I am very grateful.

Very thorough assessment pre treatment. Good guidance around what to expect. Dr and nurses during the procedure were very professional and gentle. They talked through everything! It was uncomfortable/ a bit painful and I did struggle to process everything they said but there was a back up of an email. You can’t get your legs wet for 48 hours but I bought plastic leg covers from Amazon so was able to shower. I’m about to remove the stockings and dressings and have a proper shower today . A bit uncomfortable day 1 and 2 but feel better day 3. Before during and after care is of a very high standard. Can’t comment on the final outcome just yet as at least 2 more treatments to go. Took 3 years to finally have the courage to get my legs assessed! Very happy to have done this and looking forward to at least feel more comfortable - looking better will be the icing on the cake. Thanks to the medical team for their care so far.

Effecient and effective treatment, competent, engaging and attentive staff.

The process was all quick and straightforward. The people I saw were very professional, .they were very kind was great All and All a bit more expensive than what I thought it was gonna be , great results.

Good. This time I was bandaged up. That was the first time they had done this.

The whole process was very prompt. The scan was scheduled just weeks after enquiry. The results of the scan and required surgery were clearly explained including the recovery and aftercare. The procedure was also promptly booked and I attended the Berkshire clinic where I was impressed with the standards of the building and the staff. The surgery itself took less than an hour and could be described more as uncomfortable than painful. I received all the information that I needed for the aftercare both verbally and via email with contact details to answer any questions.

Rachael and the team were very welcoming, professional and put me at ease throughout the procedure. Nurses helped me through the treatment with some good chat which kept my mind off things. Procedure was simple from a patient point of view and lasted less than an hour and I felt fine after it. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering getting it done.

The appointment was on time, the staff were amazing, humorous, chatty and put you at ease. The doctor explained everything as he went along and took great care to keep me relaxed.

The treatment in total was about 20 minutes and when the doctor said it was all done I could not believe it. I have had no pain or discomfort with it since having it done and am now 4 days in since the surgery.

The practitioners were very friendly and put me at ease, both worked together to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedures. They also reviewed contact information with me for any post procedure concerns I had.

After 2 treatments my viens are almost gone. I know it will be a couple of months before they are gone completely and this was throughly explained to me during the whole process. Staff are amazing and really put you at ease also explain step by step what they are doing. Im very happy with results and would strongly recommend.

The UK Vein Clinic instilled in me the confidence to get on with sorting out my varicose veins. I cannot stress how thorough, professional and kind all the teams I have interacted with have been.
I am now three weeks post procedure and my legs are progressing as expected.
As many people have commented in their reviews before, don’t put off sorting out your veins when the process and procedure is so easy to manage.
I have to extend my thanks to the Reading team who looked after to me so well on the day. I really appreciated being managed by such a professional and skilled team.
