Had a last minute panic when the weather turned and it was due to rain all weekend when we were hosting 50 people at a surprise 60th for my mum.
Almost had to cancel until we came across UK Tents. So many positives, I don't know where to start.

Prices and quality are brilliant. I went for a professional 8x4m Gazebo which feels heavy duty and up to the task for many many years.

The party was on Saturday, I rang up the team friday morning and was able to purchase and collect the Marquee 2 hours later.

Super easy to setup. They said we needed 4 people, but to be honest we did it with 3 in heavy rain and wind, so that can only be a positive.

They were super helpful with advice on the phone and everything they advised worked out.

The only slight grumble is that we seem to have become the family venue for all future celebrations!

Came to the rescue last minute when the tent I had ordered from another supplier failed to turn up. Really good quality 6x3 gazebo. Would def use them again.

Stay Away! from UK Tents/Tents of Ireland.
Placed an order on their website for a 4.5mx3m Gazebo paid with card.Luckily I screenshot my confirmation of order when I purchased as I got no follow up emails from them. 2 working days later I asked for an update and was told my Order had been sent from the warehouse and was with the courier. 9 business days later with no delivery and no further contact I asked for another update, I was then told my order never went through as the payment failed. I can see on my statement and after confirming with my bank, the money went through to Tents of Ireland. I forwarded them on the transaction details from the bank and followed up with multiple more emails all of which were ignored. Thankfully my Bank was able to get my money refunded.

I used this company at time of need to help accom for a family and friends event! Off the charts and have no hesitation using again

UK Tents have been great from start to finish. The 5x10 PE marquee is a great product.

Brought a premium green marquee last week and must say it look stunning in the garden. The ground bar helps keep it all square and we are using it for a play room so had to be strong.

Yet again another factually incorrect reply from this terrible company, i was not editing my review whilst on the phone to your Director, received the call which was terrible, no support at all and so updated my review with the facts. Now refusing to reply / contact me even after promising of call back. I've now reported UK TENTS to TRADING STANDARDS and strongly suggest you DO NOT USE this company

Just seen the reply from UK Tents - this is false and not accurate. The marquee was NOT used in adverse weather and we used a couple of times and now is falling apart. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with UK Tents LTD that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. UK Tents are in breach of this contract, as I've owned the product between 31 days and 6 months, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be refunded however still waiting to speak to the Director. Terrible !

Terrible company. Dealt with Abby who offered no help or support - read from a script only, would not offer refund for a faulty product. I purchased a 3x6 premium marquee 4 months ago. Missing items took weeks to arrive, used a couple of times and now ripped on 3 seams. No help or support offered. I have requested Dan (the director) to get involved and refund. A terrible company and would strongly advise you purchase elsewhere. DO NOT USE

Howard was fantastic from beginning to end - we ordered 3 marquees for 3 different sites across the country and all logistics were taken care of for us. Fantastic experience and brilliant customer service! Thank you!

Bought a 3x3 Premium gazebo from this company paid £499 which it is really good quality but in the description it says that it comes with a side window with a roller blind. This is not the case it's 3 solid sides and a door. When I phoned them they charged me another £100 for what they call a professional as apposed to Premium side which they assured me would still fit. It would just be slightly different material. When it arrived it has velcro instead of a zip fastening which is no good. They then told me none of their gazebos come with zips and that I never bought it from them which is ridiculous. I have now receive my £100 refund but have had to shell out another £135 from a different company just so I could have a side window due to their false advertising. The girl who eventually dealt with my complaint was great but the lad that works there didn't have a clue what he was talking about. I will never order off this company again. Yes the quality is good but that is all. Struggle to understand complaints and what you're trying to tell them.

Ordered a marquee for my Husband’s birthday party and I couldn’t have asked for better quality or service. Nothing was too much trouble- the team are so friendly and efficient and the marquee was absolutely perfect for the event. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Highly recommend! Amazing customer service from start to finish. Great quality and wouldn’t ever use any other company now. Definitely best in the UK!

Thankyou UK Tents for helping me so last minute! We needed a marquee for my husbands 40th and the team were so helpful in sorting me one so last minute with quick delivery too. Such great quality too, really sturdy and it was such bad rain outside we didn’t feel a thing and this was just perfect. I don’t know what we would have done without it!

Fantastic 5***** customer service from start to finish. I ordered a professional 10x5 marquee to use all year round. I was a little apprehensive about ordering after reading some of the reviews but I'm so pleased that I went ahead!
The quality is amazing, the PVC is extremely thick and robust, the poles are not flimsy and really strong.
We are over the moon with our purchase and the price!
Super quick delivery.. I ordered it at 6pm and it arrived the next day!! They even changed the delivery address for me and brought it to my work. The delivery guy was knowledgeable about the product and even gave me advice on how to set it up.

Keep up the good work guys! And I promise, you won't be disappointed if you order from UK Tents ☺️

Same quality as a Chinese product!!
I ordered a gazebo in October 2023 and did not have use of it 3 weeks ago (February)
we only used it twice in 2 days and every evening used to dismantle it
on the 3rd day I found the tent collapsed on itself with just one gust of wind ! they are claiming that this should not be used in January( Cant even get the month correct) when
I contacted customer service and
they ended up saying to look at their terms and conditions instead of offering me the broken tent parts at a discount, as I requested.
I sent them photos of the gazebo to show the damage and they just washed their hand off completely
saying the following.(See Below)

I have taken this to my logistics manager and assessed the pictures with him.

Unfortunately from looking at the pictures, it doesn't seem like the gazebo is repairable.

As discussed over the phone, unfortunately we are unable to replace the gazebo free of charge because of the below reasons -
this was purchased in October so you are over your 30 day warranty period
you put the gazebo up in strong winds during January
the gazebo you ordered is the lowest grade we sell, Economy, so unfortunately can not withstand any adverse weather conditions
If you would like to purchase another gazebo then we can definitely advise you of the correct one for your needs.

Unfortunately other than future advice we would not be able to help with the broken structure you already have

The customer service we received from UK Tents was fantastic, they made sure our marquee arrived in time for our event by going above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend UK tents for their customer service

Excellent value for money - super fast delivery - where other company's were quoting weeks to deliver, they got my marquee to me, along with accessories, in a couple of days - it was also great to talk to people in the UK who could chat through my needs and make sure I got the right grade tent for my needs

I especially love that unlike others that I looked like - these are made with steel poles, not aluminium - its heavy to put up but strong as a house (almost lol)
