Like others, I have probably fallen into this scam. I have not received the item and they don't respond to my messages. I escalated the matter with Paypal and hopefully get my money back.

SCAM! FRAUD! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEB!

It should be closed by UK authorities.

I just got scammed from this site while trying to purchase an LG tv from them for 329 pounds.

I have escalated the case on paypal, and hope to get a refund (fingers crossed).

I wish I had checked this site before I made that purchase

One star is far too much. I agree with all the reviewers - this company is a scam. They're not from Wales, as stated, but CHINA. I looked for the printer I'd ordered on other sites. It no longer exists!! Fortunately, by the time I'd been done over, Paypal was wise to them and, having looked into the case, provided a full refund.
DON'T USE THEM!!

I ordered a printer from them in September and as soon as I did, it wasn't UK Super Discounts name that appeared in my PayPal receipt but another name FADA YANG. 🚨🚨🚨
What can you do but wait...
A few days passed and no printer so I decided to check the company address which is in Wales just to check if everything was legit and thankfully UK TRUSTPILOT community have posted warnings about this fraudulent company.
So I immediately contacted PayPal to try to get my money back as I could see that there was no chance that this company was legit.
Anyway PayPal looked into the allegation and after a couple of weeks I received a message from PayPay saying that they are denying my refund because the company provided shipping and tracking proof that the item was delivered.
My heart sunk and I felt sick and angry.
So I contacted PayPal personally and spoke to a representative who looked into the case after I explained the situation and she said that the shipping and tracking showed that the item was shipped to Dubai.
I'm a bloody Brit from the UK.
So not only are they not fulfilling orders by shipping customers their item, they are fraudulently providing PayPal with fabricated evidence to back their case.
The PayPal rep immediately saw the discrepancy and dealt with the issue and fortunately I was awarded a full refund thanks to PayPal and the UK Trustpilot community.

Do NOT buy from this company. Once you purchase something there is no way of contacting them. I’ve sent them several emails and had no response.
I will now start the long process of trying to get my money back through PayPal.

UKSuperdiscounts are an absolute scam, avoid at all costs. Tried to buy a Samsung TV, took my money then never heard anything back. They didn't respond to my emails or messages, and there's no contact number. Thankfully, I managed to get money back through PayPal. Do not buy anything from this website....

The company shouldn't even get 1 star - I would give them '0' stars if I could.
Ordered a printer - never arrived.
The company has an address registered in Wales but when I made the payment the vendor was identified overseas, this in itself wouldn't have discouraged me.
At the time of purchase, the website listing was on Google and one of the top listings. At the time there were very favourable reviews and I'm almost certain that at the time of purchase it had something like a 92% trust pilot rating listed against it.
Two weeks go by and no printer, I contacted the merchant via the internal messaging service on their website - I received no response.
Fast forward 1 month, no printer, and just made a complaint to PayPal to get my money back.
I see from the reviews that there are lots of others in the same boat, so makes me feel a little bit better for getting fleeced.
I did buy my printer eventually through Amazon. it arrived 2 days later.
So, UKSuperDiscounts.com ----> Avoid like the plague. You'll end up paying twice.

Unfortunately, I have been a victim of this company too. I ordered a printer at £75 at the beginning of September and they responded with the same message as that received by the previous victim. Since then no contact!!!!!
This is obviously a SCAM company. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

How come they still have the website up?

I ordered a TV and a Phone for £166.00 a month ago
They took payment and with that i got an email straight away saying my status had changed awaiting fulfillment
There address does not exist , they do not reply to messages sent on there site , Does not allow you to log into account.
I have now gone to Paypal to get a refund also reported to trading standards

Absolute scam. Do not touch it. I ended up with payments in Pakistani currency leaving my account.

Luckily I checked reviews before purchase as I did think it was too good to be true ...

They stole 400 pounds from me and I never got my monitor arrived. Don't buy anything from them they are scammers.

This site is a fraud they have 2800 pounds of mine and I have no product and cannot get any info from them
I’ve filed a case with PayPal

So I got scammed too. But their Cart is PayPal and they’ve been so helpful - I opened a dispute, they found in my favour, refund on its way. Good luck all.

Was just about to order and as I didn’t recognise the site thought I would check Trustpilot. Thank goodness I did, feel sorry for all those who have been scammed. The site should be taken down🤨🤨🤨

Terrible service. I ordered an item 5 months ago and still haven't received it. I was fobbed off constantly with "it's in the post" - never was and they don't respond to requests for money back. The result is I'm £50 worse off with nothing to show for it. Do not use!

Ordered an HP desktop computer at the end of June. They took the money immediately, and advised that it was shipped on 2nd July. Seems that, despite their alleged Welsh base, they operate out of China. After that, nothing, and impossible to communicate with them. Finally in early August, I contacted Paypal who followed it up, and have made a full repayment. I’ve also contacted ActionFraud about this site. How are they allowed to continue their bogus website? This is theft, pure and simple, and they are still perpetrating it.
