Faulty from day one, shocking customer service, and zero accountability. Avoid.
Solar panels installed 14th May 2026. Due to incorrect inverter configuration at installation, the system generated virtually no electricity for fifteen days during some of the sunniest weather of the year. Multiple visits were required to identify and partially rectify the fault. Engineers attended on two occasions wearing heavy fragrance despite my severe allergy having been notified in advance, causing serious health reactions twice. A family heirloom was damaged during a visit and has not been addressed. The company displays the HIES logo in its marketing materials but is not a HIES member — confirmed by HIES themselves when I attempted to raise a complaint. Phone numbers were frequently uncontactable and the company was at times very difficult to reach despite an ongoing unresolved fault. When I eventually escalated formally, the company’s response was dismissive and contradicted their own engineer’s on-site assessment. Formal complaints have been lodged with MCS and NICEIC. The system now appears to be generating following remote intervention by Sunsynk’s own technical support team.
