Beware

Failed to prime the UFH properly resulting in eruptions due to chemical reactions. Splashed screed up every wall (and new bifold windows) as high as the light switches (so thick that it had to be removed from the walls with a hammer and chisel) the floor is not level and does not meet the SR2 finish promised (resulting in additional costs to lay the final flooring) and refuses to accept liability or offer any recompense.

BEWARE they kept credit card details (in breach of GDPR) and took the final payment without prior authorisation.

Avoid at all cost

Shocking. Didn't do the job right first time and left our floor 10ml too low, despite very clear instructions on where it should go up to. After numerous phone calls, they kindly agreed to come and fix it, but quoted £700 for it! £700 to do the job they messed up in the first place. Now, instead of 10ml they added 15ml over the top so the floor is higher than what we asked for. When we asked to have a look and check it was right when they finished pouring it on the 2nd visit, the man started shouting and was rude. Also, they take your payment upfront, which suggests they must have lots of unhappy customers not willing to pay after the job is done. Says a lot. Avoid or you'll be ripped off and disappointed.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam.

I asked for a quote on their website and they quoted the lowest price out of the various companies I approached.

I filled in their automated form on their website to get a quote request raised upon which they automatically sent me a quote based on their form which advised 1-2 inches coverage of screed to be provided. I estimated the coverage that I needed upon which when I told them that I would like to go with them, they charged me £200 for the benefit of having a site survey.

They then requoted at double the cost and it was more expensive than any of the other providers I approached. It turned out later that they quoted on 1 inches and not 2 that I wanted and hence why the cost quote was doubled.

I then asked them to match the other providers costs which they wouldn't and when I asked for my money back they wouldn't refund me.

Absolutely shocking behaviour so a word of warning before anyone engages with this unethical business.
