Despite my error on ordering a front number plate and not the rear ! was easily resolved and received number plate within 48hrs , now just waiting for husband to put it on car! I clearly remember ticking the box for a front number plate, but to my chagrin, was instead, sent a rear number plate. I reached out to complain about the mistake with my error, and I will admit it was handled well, with an offer to refund the cost of postage. I was asked to re-order the front plate, clearly once again remember ticking the box on the website to indicate it was a front number plate I was ordering, but got sent a rear number plate once again.
