Banking like its the 1960s

Pros:
Staff is always very friendly and usually helpful.

Cons:
They have hardly updated any client-facing systems. Their mobile app is beyond a joke compared to any other bank in Canada with many simple tasks need to be done in person, and the least competitive savings account rates. They partner with Collabria for their credit cards, which restricts their ability to integrate payment and other services seamlessly with their web app, and overall have very non-competitive credit card offerings. I strongly urge anyone considering utilizing UCU as their primary banking option to reconsider.
