Thank you to the whole team for selling my house quickly. It was the first time i had sold in a while but thankfully the team and my solicitor explained everything to me.

I would recommend to those who need a quick sale and need to speak to their agent in the evenings & weekends. I work night shifts so speaking during the day and arranging viewings was difficult. Kevin called me around my shift work and arranged viewings on my days off. I felt he took my circumstances into consideration and did the sale around me which was a big weight off my shoulders.

I was a little bit hesitant about selling my house to a non-local agent but i was pleasantly surprised by teams modern approach to selling. I spoke to them easily and would highly recommend taking the leap of faith. They kept me assured every step of the way.

I would like to express my amazing experience with UKProperty seller , how amazingly they have given an amazing time frame of when I was rejected by the lender and they patiently waited for me to get my deal and finalize everything. And of course my dear head of sales mrs Hannah Thompson whom I had an amazing experience in all steps of the house process and she was amazing very kind and helpful I wish the very best for her and ukpropertseller team in the future and present.

My Ex and i were getting a divorce and i didn't want to speak to them directly. UK Property Sellers were good in speaking to both of us separately and keeping us both updated. If it wasn't for their service i don't think we would have ever gotten along and agreed on anything. Thanks for managing us and our sale.

We accepted an offer after 1 weekend of viewings. The solicitor side of things took longer than expected but all in all we completed in good timing for us moving abroad.

Nadia was really good throughout the process. My previous buy to let was empty so i wanted it sold quickly and for over asking price. Would highly recomend if you want a serious and quick sale.

The team were flexible and gave me lots of options. I didn't want a sales board outside my house which they understood. They let me do my own viewings which helped me decide which offer to go as it was important to me who bought my house as well as their offer.

I spoke to Kevin from start to finish and he was helpful through the whole process. Definitely ask for Kevin if you choose to sell with UK Property Sellers.

Selling our late parent's home felt daunting at first but Hannah was understanding throughout and we sold to a lovely family who we know will make more happy memories in the home

We decided to try to sell with them after a call with one of their very/extremely optimistic team member who was 100% sure to sell our flat within 10 days. This person called me 2 or 3 times to check if and when I’ll sign the contract.
A few days later, we decided to sign the contract. Then I received an email asking for ID and proof of address and another email from the photographer who came on a Tuesday.
On Friday the same week, I got a text message from Kevin to notify that a potential buyer would come the next day so Saturday. Very surprised to get this message as we were even not aware that the property had already been published on Rightmove.
The visit took place on Thursday the week after (we were not available on Saturday). The family who came seemed to be very interested…
Since that Thursday, no news at all from UK property sellers for days.
I tried to call several times this Kevin on his mobile but no answers. So I tried to call their office. Only after several calls, I managed to get through and they said they will call me back with more information. I tried a last call to Kevin and finally managed to talk to him. Apparently he was coming back from holiday so that’s why he did not answer the phone or gave any news. Ok fair enough.
When I asked about the family who came the week before, he confirmed they were very interested and they were just checking with their bank so should be able to give an update the day after.
I also asked if the property had been promoted with the investors as it was the main reason we decided to go with them. And Kevin was not sure and said he will check and call me back the next day to share an update about the feedback from the family and potential investors.
Well that was the last time I spoke to him… never heard back from him anymore at all!
The week after I tried to call their office again and did not get through at all. Even tried to call via Rightmove with the link provided on the ad. Nobody answers the calls…
(Imagine if you are a buyer and try to call them so many times and nobody never answers, I believe you would give up after several tentatives).

After a few days of trying several times to call either their office or Kevin, I finally managed to speak to someone at their reception.
I told them my thoughts and asked to have my property removed from Rightmove. They wanted to call me back to discuss further.
I told them that I know they will never call back so I said that I wanted the property to be removed straight away as I didn’t want them to be my agent anymore.
And actually they did remove the property from online maybe the same day. Pretty quick for once!!!

To summarise, although we did not expect a top service as you would/might get with other high street estate agents, we did not expect that level of unprofessionalism with absolutely NO communication/update. Don’t bother going with them, they are just proper time wasters.

Wouldnt bother as they change house prices once you ask view... Was an house i enquired about in stoke... Was on for 70k...phoned and tried arrange a viewing.. That alone i wanted pull my hair out as they didnt seem to understand my englih... Anyway... I sorted a viewing... Or thought i had... I had no confirmation at all about it... And not only that..after we finished the call... They added 40k onto the price... Yesss... 40k...it had been amended from 70k to 110k...hmmmm no thanks

Terrible experience. No shows for viewings, no explanation or courtesy call to explain why. No one answers the phone/texts or emails. Avoid.

Can highly recommend UK Property Sellers. I dealt with Kevin who from start to finish was prompt and efficient, couldn't falt him at all.

The team were prompt to get me a range of offers and a sale agreed in 6 days. The team managed the sale very well and was on top of the solicitors providing regular updates. We have now completed and are in our new house in time for Christmas!

this estate cimpany are wonderful,
They helped a lot and they sold house for even more than we expected. Phone calls always been answered, all questions been answered. My house was 300 miles away from agency office. And they did very well.
10000% recomend for all people who want to sell house quick and smooth.
