Set up business address for privacy
I was looking to set up an address to use for my new business for privacy reasons and the whole process has been so simple and easy to do. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely fantastic service from Debbie who kept me informed on the stages of my application and made the whole verification process very quick and easy - thank you so much!
Sandra in customer care was also great and answered all of my questions promptly.

I would recommend their services
I signed the charity I work for up with UK Postbox and have been very impressed with their serivce. They host our registered business address and provide mail handling services (incoming and outgoing). It is easy to liaise directly with a person and the online portal is really simple to use. The staff are responsive and have helped to resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. I would recommend.

The staff is cooperative and straight forward, the service itself is great, when you want to receive/send posts without physically being in the UK, UKPostBox is an amazing option, it automates the flow and saves you a lot of money (no need to go to britain to get your things done).
The only reason it is a 4 not a 5 star review is because the app may need some better UI and UX, it still feels like an app from 2010s, the prices for scanning the documents are not cheap, but again it is better than booking a ticket to Britain and doing it yourself.
Great for registering a business as well, they do have a real street address which is what you need to register your business.
The staff only works until 4pm which is understandable, but for better UX it would be a great idea to either extend that a little, or people in the morning, AI in the evening/night.

I was looking for a service like this for sometime and for months used a High Street Mailbox however UK Postbox just simplify the whole process much easier as I get immediate notifications of any email that arrives and the envelopes are scanned automatically offering me the opportunity to open and read the letters shortly afterwards.
Amazing that can easily forward the letters to any address globally with minimal costs involved.
Outstanding service and their customer service chat line is always helpful, polite and responsive!!

This platform has made me uncomfortable
I registered the platform and uploaded the requested documents, including my driving license and bank statements. However, my application status remains pending, and there was no indication on my dashboard that any additional documents were required. Despite this, I was informed that you were waiting for proof of address, which was not clearly communicated through the portal.This has made me uncomfortable and I decided to cancel my registration and formally request the deletion of all my personal data from their system under GDPR regulations.
