I ordered from this company on 3 July 2013. Today is 16 August 2013 and I have still not received my order. I sent so many emails and called the customer service number on several occasions to check on the progress of my item. But no one picked up my calls and no one had the common courtesy to respond to my emails. I finally got hold of one of their customer service personnel, who advised me that they ship their orders between 4-5 working days. I told the customer service personnel that I placed an order on 3 July and my account was billed right away, she pretended like my order had not been received. Currently I have been told by UKLW to wait whilst they carry out further investigations. lol

My advice to you is that PLEASE DO NOT BUY hair from this company. I am not a person who likes to complain. But on this occasion, I feel like I need to warn people so they do not repeat the same mistakes as I did. This company will take your money with no intention of sending product. It is a complete scam and I have no idea why they are still allowed to operate.

I placed an order online for this company on 5th January 2013. It is now 20 days and I have still not received my order. The money was taken from my account, but I received no confirmation via email regarding my order.
Having tried their landline numerous times, with no response, I got through to their mobile nos last week. I was told she was waiting on my order arriving, and she would forward it straight away.
As this has not happened and after trying both landline and mobile again with no success I feel it's necessary to warn fellow buyers to avoid this site at all costs!!

As a business owner myself, I am disgusted with their customer service, and am now seriously out of pocket.

I bought the beyonce 3 wig from UKLW yesterday, i recieved it today and it beautiful, there was a really nice lady who helped me choose the hair i wanted and i'm soo happy with it. Value for money, quality is good. i will definately buy from them again

Uklw.co.uk puts wrong pics of wigs on their site. They send you bad quality wigs that do not match the pics on this site!
I sent back the wig 2 Months ago and I have not recieved my money back. I have been writing emails to get my money back, but I don't even get a reply. I am writing this statement to prevent this people to go on with their criminal way of taking your money from you.
