I’ll try and be fair here. I ordered 2 plates, front and rear for £100 ish. They arrived, front is perfect, the size of the rear is completely random/huge and different from the original (audi a1). Okay, maybe it said the actual size on the website, but it’s just not standard. I mailed once, got a generic go-away reply, mailed twice again saying can I get a quote/price for a new rear, maybe with a discount? Nothing. Range 3 times, no answer. So in summary, great company with ZERO after sales, I mean ZERO. Go elsewhere.

Wow, what can I say? It seems like a good setup, nice guys all happy and entertaining. I asked my questions, got good feedback from them and booked my order. After booking the order, I had an email conversation with one of them, all very polite and providing useful information. I waited a few days (according to the delivery estimate, 1/2 day), so I sent an email yesterday and got nothing. Not thinking about it, the next day I sent a 2nd email and started to get concerned later in the afternoon. I then sent a 3rd email saying I'm trying to contact you if I don't hear from you ill have to look at getting a charge back if I don't get a response. It was nothing vicious. Well, within a couple of minutes, I get a mad email very aggressive and accuses me of trying to rip him off or something. Such a shame they come across very nice, but if you ask questions after sales, they don't want to know. It was over £100 worth of stuff, their loss, but a waste of time for me staying at home, working, waiting for it to come. I'm sure I'll get a very sarcastic response go get some popcorn!

These guys are brilliant, really fast delivery, great quality number plates...Have used them a few times now and never had a problem.

Ordered new plates from uklegalnumberplates excellent product, made live on camera. Great product great quality. They look amazing on the car and fast delivery. Can’t recommend enough! Gaz is excellent and such a down to earth guy. Wasn’t sure what i wanted at first but he explained and showed me all the plates to choose from and he gave me the best option. I would give this zero starts if I could. The seller just sells the item and doesn’t want to keep any contact in relation to the product.
The plate itself was not fit for purpose. Despite the description stating otherwise.
Tried to contact but got informed.
I want a refund. And will not be purchasing from Gary again.

The plates are of lower quality than say Halfords, after 1 year of use the reflective layer has bubbles meaning i'll need to replace them again

I tried to contact them to ask them to correct it and received no reply, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
