Scammers! information sent was months out of date. I will be claiming a refund through my credit card company.
This is not the Land Registry total scam!!
Scam - not the offical land registry portal - does not do any more - just charges more.
I thought this website was sending us offical copy of the title deeds it was not clear before I sent my money but what was sent has the following disclaimer: This is not an official copy... If you need to prove property ownership, you’ll need to order an official copy of the register. A similar service available for much less at gov.uk!
If I could give them 0 I would!
I paid £51.98 for a 1hr fastrack conveyancing pack for my property at 16.30.
The deeds arrived by email the next day and were for a totally different property and not the address or details I provided.
I immediately requested a refund which they refused and proceeded to argue with me that they have sent the “closest match”
I’m sure my estate agent will be thrilled to have the deeds for a nearby property!
