I ordered a couple of WIO tracker L1 Pro devices. They arrived in a few days, well packaged and exactly as described. They came with Meshtastic already loaded and both worked faultlessly out of the box.
Customer service was second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Top notch service from UKIoT. I've bought a fair amount of LoRaWAN gear from them now and they are usually the lowest price, often the only supplier with stock and invariably happy to help with technical issues (even if only tangentially associated with their equipment). Genuinely couldn't ask for more from a supplier!

As a complete newbie to LoRaWAN and IoT much help was needed, and freely given, to explain the systems and enable us to decide whether this would be the way to go. Responses were always quick, including a couple of phone calls and I'm sure if we proceed the same level of help will be there to aid setting everything up. Highly recommended.

The support team has been brilliant! This technology is new to me and the team have helped me through my first implementation. They are quick to respond and have had a solution to every issue that I have had.
The pre amd post sales team are quick to help if choosing a technology is needed and I am very impressed by the organisation as a whole.

The delivery was very quick, unfortunately I found out I had ordered the wrong product! I phoned up to clarify that I had made a mistake, Andreas was very helpful and talked me through the returns process for them to issue me the correct product. Will definitely use this company again, very pleased with the service.

Good products. Reasonably priced, but more importantly staff that are keen to help, guide and advise promptly. Having used other suppliers who don't seem to know what they are selling and have no customer service I can say that UKIoT are first rate.
