BOUGHT A PUSH STRIMMER IN 08.08.24, CAME WITH A 2 YEAR WARRANTY - ITS BROKEN, PHONED THEM WAS TOLD THEY HAD BEEN BOUGHT OUT, THEY DONT SUPPORT THE WARRANTY.. ALTHOUGH THE NEW OWNERS ARE USING THE SAME CONTACT DETAILS. /

I purchased a Wolf angle grinder 7 months ago and it stopped working after half an hour's use. I've tried calling - mailbox always full - I've tried contacting via eBay 3 x times (I purchased it via your eBay site) and no response. Dreadful customer service.

I've been dealing with ukhstv for many years and always been well pleased with their products a service.
However I now want to contact them for spares advice and it's proving IMPOSSIBLE to make contact with them. I've been trying to call them for three days now at various times, all I get is a message saying that the Mail Box is full.
Are they still trading I wonder or have the Receivers taken control??

Ordered a new battery pack for my Wolf mower weeks ago tried to phone many times no answer money been taken no order no given appalling service

I purchased the Powerking 5000 generator in august last year just for occasional use at my lock up as there is no electricity there.Within a few weeks the carburettor started leaking and had to wait a week for new gasket,then a little while after the petcock pipe split so I had to replace that,and about six weeks ago the bearing and carrier case broke up which made it sound like a bag of nuts and bolts rattling around.They agreed to take it back but now cannot get hold of them.Gone bust I saw on facebook.£280 out of pocket and a heap of scrap metal.

I have recently posted a very daming review of this company and still uphold my decision. I purchased a compactor plate costing £430 but still cannot use it as it leaks petrol from the tank. I have tried contacting tools to go on a number of occasions and now am going down the legal route to try and recoup my money. I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT IN THE LEAST INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER, JUST YOUR MONEY.
Tools to go- come on, do something about this as I will use every social media tool to slate you unless you contact me within the week remaining.

I find the crikey mikey path cleaner we use for paths etc does the job in one go, we have tried others but do not clean half as well would recommend all the time.

Worse company I’ve ever used I received the item quickly but soon realised item was faulty. They sent a courier to pick up item and they received it back a few days later. They said they needed to inspect item which I said was fine. 2 weeks went by and I had not heard anything.I spoke to them on numerous occasions and let them know that they are breaking consumer rights but they don’t seem to care. 3 and half weeks later and I still haven’t had a refund and can now not get hold of them. They try to blame the issues on moving premises but not sure I believe this and certainly don’t think this should affect my consumer rights. I have reported the company to trading standards through citizens advice and my credit card company are now dealing with the company.

Ordered item delivery great but have been trying to get
a problem with it answered. Been on line for 95 minutes and all I get is I am no.1 in line. Tried other lines but same result. If they are have problems why don't they just say so.

Payed for a product from this company and never received it. Contacted them on several occasions by email but no response. Eventually I could get a refund through PayPal. I just get annoyed with companies like this that waste your time.
JUST REMEMBER YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR BUSINESS. Without them you haven’t got one.

I am trying to get an exchange on a ladder which arrived damaged. The website has suddenly gone under construction and they are not responding to emails.
I have escalated this to a refund via PayPal as I am concerned that they are running a scam.

despatch rate is good but if you have a faulty product you get passed to manufacturer with whom you do not have a contract. Company needs to be more aware of Sale of Goods Acts and Distance selling regulations

I just bought a Fox 4 in 1 Garden Commander MK2. I have used the strimmer, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and chainsaw. This thing is powerful. The drive is a spline shaft NOT a spindly cable with a square notch. The first time I started it up it started on the 3rd pull.
Delivery was 1 day and buying through Tools To Go was cheaper than Amazon and E-Bay with the same warranty.
I highly recommend this product and Tools To Go
