FRAUD!!! NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER SAYS "NOT REACHABLE NUMBER" EMAIL DOES NOT GO THRU!
DO NOT ORDER!!

I ordered a decorative door pumpkin stack with 3 seasonal plaques and lights. The item was not as advertised on facebook.
It suppose to be 48 inches long.
It was a mere 12 inches long, badly made of cheap cardboard, no plaques included and one pumpkin partially unglued. Real scammers! Looks like a product from dollar tree.
I emailed the company called sunlife as they sell quite a bit of products and failed to go thru. Phone number is nonoperational.
Package label says mailed from a warehouse in Fremont, There is the address to contact for questions, however, there is no response
I will take a drive to the address since I work in Fremont and see if it actually exists.

I ordered two pumpkin door hangers and two sets of lights. Have never received them. Called the phone number and it disconneced. What do I do

Ordered a door haning Halloween item with lights and plaques. It showed the item as hanging all the way down the door, what I recieved was a door hanger that was about 8 inches long and no plaques. It looked nothing like the item that I ordered

Bought what was supposed to be a luscious Fern 48" tall and 2 fronds arrived - paid £16 - was supposed to have been reduced from £46 - should have known from this.
They are using a ukgifts name and Sunlife so when people search reviews it gives you Sunlife Pensions which have a good rating and UKgifts.store which also have a good rating.
Their address says Miami Florida but I have asked to return goods and they state we have to pay to send to United Arab Emirates - the cost for a small parcel tracked is £17.50!! Scam Website - wish I could attach photos of what was supposed to arrive and what actually has arrived - absolute joke! Reviews on their site say "so realistic I nearly watered the artificial plant by mistake" - there is nowhere on the site to leave a review after purchase!
