After speaking to Rahat (customer service operative) my order was rectified immediately. There appeared to be a mix up with the delivery. He assured me that everything would be personally handled by himself to ensure the correct product was sent to me. I have now received the product which was securely packaged and I am yet to check the contents. However, I am quietly confident that he has got it right this time. Ordering was easy, delivery was super quick. My second order arrived with 2 boxes damaged from the delivery these were replaced very quickly.
Absolutely love my new flooring looks fantastic.
