Ordered over a week ago and it still has not been despatched. Customer service cannot tell me when it will be sent, just that they are experiencing delays. Yet the website still advertises that you can receive your order by tomorrow, which is clearly false advertising.

I am an Iqos user but everytime I checked on this website the Terea sticks are out of stock. Sometimes it looked like it was in stock but when I tried to add it to the Cart I couldn't. The stock management of this company is a joke.

Used to be a loyal customer due to its speedy delivery. However, in the past year the iqos was always out of stock, which led to my points being expired. Apparently they have a serious problem for their inventory control. Switched to another seller and very happy with them.

They drown you in spam emails - so many, they arrive nearly as often as the urge to smoke.

Every now and then they have a 15% off site wide sale. Everytime they do, they are sold out of EVERY type of Terea sticks. The next day they are mysteriously fully stocked again...

Continuously late with deliveries. Do not call it next day delivery if your delivery partner, Quiver, just fails to turn up and lies about when they expect to arrive.

What made my experience great is the lack of human connection through the chat service. Sometimes my accent changes from Mancunian and Northern Irish and customer service agents get confused easily. ECIG UK is great because they use Royal Mail to send you your items. The other couriers are a nightmare.

Caroline was concise and professional and efficient and helpful personally to my questions.

The other great thing about it is it's online and then you earn points and when you get 5000 that's a £50 redeemable cash value so I'm going to be saving up my points because I could get a month's supply for free. Or as near to free as I can get.

Simply the best way to get your vapes and liquids and I usually get mine within 24 to 48 hours which is great because I know that I will never run out.

This is the first time I used this company and got an extra 10% discount off my order. I took advantage of the offer and ordered almost one of every flavour (SKE Crystal), I was emailed and told that unfortunately one of the flavours were out of stock and was offered a refund but I let them pick something to replace it.

The communication with Caroline was almost instant, I would highly rate this company for customer service and I will definitely be buying from here again.

Brilliant service. I placed my order on line but I wasn't sure I had ordered compatible items, so I phoned to check and it's a good job I did because.they weren't ! The representative I spoke to was excellent she explained what I needed and helped me to order it.
She even told me that my revised order was cheaper. It kept getting better, first thing next morning there was my order.THAT WAS FAST !!! I placed an order online couple weeks ago, unfortunately when it arrived the vape pod was faulty. I contacted them and the problem was solved immediately. They got back to me same day, there was no faffing about another was sent out as soon as I spoke to them.. I received the replacement 2 days later and its working perfectly fine. Great customer service, couldn't recommend this company more

They use the most basic courier ( Quiver 1 ☆ rated btw ) I ordered for same day delivery for £5.99 . Still waiting for it to arrive ! Terrible !

Can not recommend these guys enough! The service is another level. Delivery so quick. I received an email tonight reminding me I had left an item in my basket, I really appreciated that as I was held up with work & forgot to checkout.

True story !

So very impressed!!

Firstly I placed an order on Monday for 2 day delivery via Royal Mail. Royal Mail have blantely lost the package as they keep stating it has arrived at one of the sorting offices on the tracking and won’t update. It’s now a Thursday and I decided to place another order for the same items for same day delivery and paid an additional £5.99 for same day delivery only to wait until 9pm to get an email from the courier saying I won’t get my package today. I am quite annoyed and pissed off for the run-around and I don’t live close to Wembley to go to the store and buy it. Currently at the moment I’m waiting for them to respond so I can get a full refund for both orders I placed and never received

The company is good and near by my area and give me some time v voucher

Dont bother ordering if you’re outside the U.K.!

They don’t give a flying F either when you enquire about it, terrible service for mediocre products.

Not at ANY point is it mentioned on their website / order form that the order is subject to custom fees!.
