I have been waiting 7 weeks to get my order. This company is a scam, the tracking number they give you can’t be tracked. I have sent them quite a few emails and all they tell be is it’s in transit and to please be patient. Do not buy anything from this company, they advertise 5 to 7 days shipping, what a load of rubbish. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, they deserve to be fined and made to refund everyone’s money. Please everyone be very very weary of them.

This is a scam, the company is not located as it claims on Facebook. After making payment I've waited but not delivery. Send many emails to customers care number but no response. Why is Facebook quite on this.

I paid with g pay and when. I looked my old address in scotland came up with tunisia as country. Tried. To get in touch see if I could change it but was too late I tracked it and it got as far as tunis then sent back (I had already asked what would happen) they said i had option money or sent to me here and true to there word it arrived. Today I wasn't charged anything else so I have to say customer service has been excellent but iv not tried it yet but just keep sending emails maybe you will get lucky

Mine came from china my daughter ordered Same time as me her is a different brand as mine when you go on google it it tell you scam then I went on YouTube to watch it it doesn’t have any nice to say about it 1000000% scam the ingredients in them is. Nothing like they advertised

Absolute scammers. I’m sure their vials are just filled with water!!!
Product never arrived and it is not UK based but comes from Hong Kong. I am still fighting with PayPal to get my refund for which they overcharged me.
Avoid these people.

Absolute scam. I would not even give this company half a star. I made the order in June and never received it. Numerous emails and three months later still nothing. Been promised my refund twice and still nothing.

Ordered GLP1 but between the order and arrival of goods I had decided not to use it as I realised, only too late, that it was a scam, not UK based, and I had no idea what the ingredients were. Returned at my own expense with the promise of a full refund which, over 2 months later I am still waiting for, despite several emails between myself and the company. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, and paid by credit card or Paypal.

As I have since realised that I did actually pay through Paypal, I applied to them for a resolution. They gave me an instant refund so all good there.
The hilarious part is, my order turned up again about a week before Christmas in various states of having been opened and re-wrapped by Chinese customs.
Now I have the original order, plus I have been refunded.

Unlike many of the people who have bee conned out of their money, I am lucky to say, I made my purchase through PayPal. They immediately cancelled the not requested standing order and I got a full refund on the first purchase.
But this company conned me out of an additional £62.24 for items I did not realise was ordered. They tried to show proof of delivery, by using one tracking code and photo of a part order against both so called orders. I managed to show PayPal that this was false and I now have had a full refund..
Paypals customer service team are a credit to the company and I would recommend them to anyone who orders online..

Back in July l ordered GLP1 slimming Health Improvement. But charged me 20% more, asked for refund.Repeat story said will get it but never. I find the Company very bad reputation, useless no respect, and not trust. Company make matters worse

Billed for items not received asked for a refund, no chance they said 25% was added to every order as a consultation fee.
Pointed out and they accepted that their website was unclear and misleading.
Don't touch, its a rip off, wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. BEWARE

I placed an order wrongly. Cancelled it via them. No payment given as choose klarna. Obviously received no goods but the company won't cancel klarna pretending they have credited me. How they credit a payment never received they won't explain and now 3 weeks on klarna will pay for something I don't have but it's down to this poor company to cancel. What a scam do not buy from them l!!!

Do not use this company. I ordered 3 boxes of GLP-1 for £29 and was invoiced for £110.64!! My bank couldn't stop payment. Like other reviews I emailed the same day and they cancelled the order. They took the money and 5 weeks later I have still not had my refund. Despite 9 emails they have said it will now take 3 to 30 business days for the refund depending on my bank. THIS IS A SCAM

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order, silly me, cancelled with minutes of realising they had added extra money. They said order would be cancelled, 5/7 days before I would receive a refund and still waiting after a month and emails back and forth from them saying same as other comments on here, be patient etc, etc. Do not buy from here, I stupidly thought it was UK based, didn’t do my usual due diligence 😖

Feeling sick … Sure I’m being scammed … Made a mistake ordering in mid July at the checkout … almost £200 not £60… cancelled immediately intending to reorder the smaller amount of a weight loss product. In an email - several emails told by ukdiaspersonvip several stories; it’s being processed, ask bank, we are overloaded with refund requests … still getting emails ‘ don’t lose what’s in your cart ‘ Gutted! 😞 Feeling stupid and mad at myself but sad because I saw a documentary about people kept in a compound being forced to staff these ‘ customer service ‘ centres … think this is the case here … 😡😔

This co.pany claim to be uk based but my package came from Hong kong
They advertise a free return
They refuse my return of goods not as described
They promise part refund but do not pay it
They tried to take my payment twice

STOLEN MY MONEY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE.

Total rubbish , said free shipping but charged then noticed took extra £12 over order, cancelled order five mins after it was put online, 25 emails no refund no goods now in hands of credit card , emails stated order cancelled , then extra money taken for unforeseen taxes then to late to cancel order no product has arrived either

Total SCAM. I cancelled my order, I received an email from them saying they would refund my money in 5 to 7 days, if I don't receive it to reply to the email, guess what!!!! Received a failed email delivery, email address unknown!!!!! So no refund or order.

SCAM. Avoid.
Ordered some GLP1 diet vials. Looked at the testimonials and I should have taken heed as some did look false, ordered them anyway .. stupid me !!!!! when I checked my PayPal they had taken more money than I agreed. So in theory stealing money.
I asked for a full refund and they are making excuses about processing issues and delaying.
I paid by PayPal so will be filing a case against them.
Avoid avoid avoid.
They are trying the same scam in US too
