I spoke with Allison. Initially via WhatsApp as I was anxious about speaking to someone on the phone and then we did have a telephone call.
Throughout our conversation Allison was patient and kind and showed great knowledge. She was extremely helpful and the process so far has been so easy and I just wish I had taken this step sooner!

Simple and Raymond was perfect

Raymond was very helpful and made me feel at ease to discuss my finances to come to a solution.

I spoke to a chap names Luke and he was great didn’t judge me listened to my situation and went through everything and got everything sorted noting was to much hassle for him thanks again pal top man

Currently going through a debt plan with Oliver, he’s been patient, kind and understanding with my problems, he went through all the options which would be suitable for me. Currently waiting to be approved hopefully. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, thank you so much Oliver and the team!

Craig was patient throughout and very helpful in explaining everything.

Spoke with Tina today, I felt apprehensive talking at first but she made me feel at ease, I didn’t feel judged in any way, she was patient and understanding, going through everything in easy terms making sure I understood everything, by the end of the call I felt like a massive weight had been lifted off me, I would strongly advise anyone going through the worries of dealing with debt to consider getting in contact with them, you won’t be disappointed, thank you so much Tina .

I’ve been stressing about all this for months and doing so much overtime to try and cover things, living off the credit cards and getting loans to pay something off the debt I have, then ending up in more debt. I have ADHD and probably autism too, so I find it hard to speak on the phone and answer questions. Chris asked questions, gave instructions and explanations for how everything worked and what options I had. It’s such a relief to get it sorted in a manageable way and one thing that, although I’m still stressed, I can actually feel it’s being sorted and that I can relax a little bit. Thankyou 🙏
