Scam, I did not receive my order. Tried contacting them, no response. Money down the drain...

Excellent selection of seeds arrived in good time. More than 10 seeds per packet on average - ie more than the main seed sellers. The little resealable polythene packets are useful not only for keeping some behind but also with a little care, you can just tap individual seeds out gently onto the compost surface and then cover with vermiculite ie not need to handle the extra hot seeds. Brief growing instructions would be useful although I have grown seeds many years.

Ordered from these scam artists and tried time and time again to contact them, but always landed up in voicemail with no reply or confirmation email for the order. I had to ask PayPal to step in and refund me. I say scam artists because you place your order with delivery but you only get your payment for seeds back so they make money from your postage. AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered 10 varieties in mid July, they delivered three days later and they provided me another packet of chilli seeds of a different variety, I will properly sow them in December, however I always test to see the viability of the seeds, I did one of each so eleven in total. 11/11 germinated over the span of 5 to 14 days with assistance of a heat mat and humidity dome. All seedlings look strong and healthy.

Although I cannot see the chilli since this would take 90 days, I am happy with my happy and the variety they offer on the website.

Only feedback I would provide is if there is a function to get a email notification once a variety comes back into stock.
However, delivery and quality of seeds at this stage has been great. I don't review often, but I had to drop one today.

This is my genuine experience after my growing experience with the seeds ordered from this company in January.

The seeds were sown in good quality seed compost mixed with a little vermiculite during late January and were placed in a heated propagator on the windowsill in my conservatory. It is now 5th April and circa 60% of seeds have not germinated and those that have remain approximately 2cm tall with two small leaves only. They have been in this condition now for four weeks and have not grown at all. As an experiment I transplanted four seedlings into larger pots but still no growth past the initial germination stage.

The Thai Prik Chee Fah seeds 100% failed and only a single Yellow Bhut Jolokia seed germinated before stopping any further growth. I have decided to abandon all of the seeds purchased from you and use my propagator more productively for other seeds.

I am not an experienced chilli grower but I must admit to being very disappointed in my experience. By comparison, habanero seeds purchased from a local nursery have grown into healthy plants over 15cm tall and already transplanted into larger pots.

I reported my experience to the company and was asked if I had checked with their online advice, which of course I had. It's now two weeks since I responded and I've had absolutely no further contact from them, so I assume I've been dismissed from their attention. I therefore cannot recommend them.

Ordered many seeds from them. One packet was completely empty. Contacted them twice for them to replace the empty packet. No reply or response whatsoever. Will not order from them again. Lost me as a customer.

Purchased KhangStarr Lemon Starburst, arrived safe & sound within a few days. If all goes well, I think I've found a new seed bank.

You get half the seeds for a higher cost compared to other chilli seed sellers. You also have to pay postage on top of the list price. But the main reason I've only given 2 stars in this review is the continual 'nag' emails you get every day, trying to prompt you to complete your purchase after you add something to your basket. What a pain.
