Absolutely disgusting customer service. Eid is 2 days away. I placed an order and paid for next day shipping. With a day left to Eid, I have only now been told the product is out of stock and that is after I had to chase them down, and trying to contact the company. If I had not contacted them as much as I did, I wouldn’t have got a refund. Way to ruin someones Eid gifts. Definitely avoid them!

I still haven't received my item which was due to be a Christmas present despite paying for quicker (1-2 day) delivery. No contact from the company at all despite sending emails.

Ordered perfume over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been dispatched. Unanswered queries on live chat and via email, I would avoid using this site.

Wrong order recieved
I ordered a fragrance as a gift for a male friend, they sent out my gift 5 days late and when I did finally receive it they sent the wrong fragrance nowhere on the site did it say it was womens and in-fact the photo shown on their own website showed the mens bottle, I sent them an email and as of yet they haven’t replied but if they choose to carry on ignoring my emails I will be taking actions further extremely unhappy by this brand
