Well, the ticket was booked in the comfort of my home. When l got to the airport everything went smoothly. No questions asked even my luggage were paid for. It was an easy peasy. People usually discourages me from using agents as they are a lot of scam but with John Matthew. He is the man behind my travels and my family too.
