Toonszop is my happy go to!!
The clothing is great, representation in the pictures is really good. It gets here really fast and they consider the environment, by using a minimum of plastics. Sometimes they put a little present inside, like stickers or a tote bag. Love that!

I should have read the description of clothing and jewelry carefully.
I ordered a top, fingerless gloves, and what I thought were earring(s).
It turned out it was actually one ear ring, which I found odd that you would only sell one and not a set.
The shirt & gloves are mostly made out of acrylic.
I love the quality and style but if I had read the details more carefully I would not have bought the products. I have to be very careful how I wash and dry the clothing so it will last longer. Also doesn’t seem very eco friendly unless this is recycled acrylic.

I’m truly sorry that the information didn’t fully register at the time of ordering, especially regarding the earring being sold as a single piece; for clarity, our ear jewelry is always sold individually, pieces described as “earrings” are sold as pairs. I’m sorry it wasn’t what you expected :(
Regarding the materials, some pieces are indeed made with acrylic or synthetic fibres, and this is always specified in the product description so customers can choose consciously. We know these fabrics require more care when washing (30°C and no dryer), and your remark about eco-responsibility is legit, we’re continuously working on increasing the share of more responsible materials in our collections. The fabric is not as advertised sadly!
It’s a cheap polyester dress. The crochet hood and arms are lovely but the fabric lets it down and I paid so much for this

I’d like to clarify with full transparency that the fabric composition is always stated in the product description, including when a piece is made from polyester. We never intend to advertise a material differently from what it is, and I’m genuinely sorry if the fabric did not meet your expectations once worn. Texture and feel can unfortunately be very subjective, even when the information is technically correct.

I absolutely love the clothes from…
I absolutely love the clothes from Toonshop. Amazing designs and high quality. The only downside is that a lot of the clothes are made with polyester, but they are working towards producing more clothes with natural fabrics. I'm looking forward to this positive development.

Great quality products and service
I just received my second order from Toonzshop. Once again, every item was made with comfortable quality material and looked just the same on me as it did on their models of similar build. I love the unique designs from this company, and being able to order online with confidence that everything looks and fits as it should. And the delivery service (DHL) was fast and efficient as always, arriving to me in three days, all the way from France to my small town in BC Canada.

Awful quality of the sweater
Awful quality of the sweater, once again. Also, the sweater is a lot loose than the picture portrays it and the color green is a lot darker than in thw picture.
