Why didn’t I read these comments before…

Why didn’t I read these comments before ordering? I was so exciting to receive my £80 swimsuit. It arrived, I opened the box and the quality is not good plus it’s very disproportionate. Really big bottom, very small chest. I go to find information to return it only to find out I cannot. Even though I didn’t even try it on, the little sticker on the sensitive area it’s on, I didn’t tamper with it at all. I understand that being a swimming suit, if I don’t want it I shouldn’t be trying it on. Disgusting policy. With other online brands I have been able to return swimming gear with no issues. Feels like a proper scam

The good old brand is about to get in the bin

Well... I've aways liked this brand. But...the customer service and the quality of the brand is ridiculous. They trying to make money on the good old reputation of the brand. Extremely slow and incompetent customer service. Low quality and when you order they gave you wrong items. And it's taking forever to get it sorted. I am very disappointed....

Cheap quality

Purchased a polo-shirt few weeks ago for £80.00. Had it in the cupboard for a while the worn twice. Since it it red with white stripes on the sleeve, we decided to hand wash. After dried the white stripes became pink. Not what I expected from a piece of clothing cost £80, more likely a Primark one. Better stick to Superdry at least you get what you pay for. Unfortunately haven't kept the receipt.....

AVOID BUYING THESE SLIDES

I received the HILFIGER MONOTYPE LOGO STRAP POOL SLIDES as a gift in February and wore them only a few times before taking them on holiday. Unfortunately, the quality of these slides is extremely poor. Midway through my trip, the glue on the sides started to come off, and the top layer of the slides began to peel away. Unless you plan to never wear these slides, I strongly advise against buying them.

When I contacted customer service, they claimed I had misused the flip-flops and only offered me a 10% discount, which you can already get by signing up for their newsletter. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a brand I thought was reputable. I've had better flip-flops from Primark at a fraction of the cost. I can't believe my wife wasted £45 on these. Thanks, Tommy!

uk.tommy.com is a joke; you buy from a uk directed domain, (the UK website of Tommy Hilfigure), a house hold conglomerate name where you pay more for their items which you don't mind, because you're buying direct. And they still post out from another country. What is the point! Now have to pay Customs Duty on top of the overpriced product. It's cheaper everywhere else as well. Not buying from conglomerates anymore, local smaller businesses are so much better for awareness, honesty, ethics, quality and service. Sending back and will still save £28 on this £40 product if I bought "from anywhere else" (after customs costs included).

Awful service

Awful service. Item was late being delivered and then after 3 days in collection point the said it had expired (I was intending to collect on my day off)!

Now (a month later) I am being chased by Klarna for the paused payment and I can only get hold of a chatbot that is giving me incorrect info and timelines then cutting me off (I am assuming it’s a chat bot cos if it’s a human live chat it’s incredibly rude)

I like Tommy clothes but will order from 3rd party sellers in future as their online store and service is shocking!

Absolutely shocking Customer Service!!!!

Ordered three items - took a while to arrive from Holland and via customs.
Two items correct but one was the Wrong item - Ordered "Skinny" fit Chinos and received "Relaxed" fit!
Contacted Customer services within 1/2 hour of receipt of my goods - spoke with ELDON on line and he said he would send email with all details to be escalated and investigated!!!
Email came and I sent photos of everything they requested immediately and I am still awaiting ANY response since my email of 11.59am on 09/05/2024.
I have chased many times and NO response........
Totally awful for a supposed "High End Brand" - What a joke!!
They should be named and shamed amongst the worst.
They clearly do not value their customers at all!!
I will be doing a charge back as it's the easiest way to get my money back for goods I ordered and paid for but didn't receive.
I hasten to add - I will not be ordering anything more from TH.
What a shame!

Guys I never recommend to buy any jeans 👖 from them because now they making very bad quality jeans (third class quality material using )
Only twice I washed the jean then threads 🧵 start coming out 😡 colour getting dull as well . Before they making very good quality now just Waist off money 😞

Only sorry I am like-minded on bad service

Only sorry I am like-minded, clearly should have read these reviews and not relied on the ‘brand name’ which actually means very little in terms of quality customer service. Ordered some boots in size 6; received size 5 so should have been straight forward you’d think?! Absolutely not - customer service have a real chip on their shoulder, the returns process was long and complicated - feel like I had a real struggle obtaining a refund. As ‘compensation’ they offered me a ‘10% promo code’ that couldn’t even be used against repurchasing the boots, indeed it all took so long that they went out of stock in my size anyway. Absolutely their mistake, no ownership of this at all. Won’t be purchasing from them again. Bought on 2nd March only today been refunded.

It's terrible!!!!!!!!

It's terrible. I made a purchase in December 2023, and we're already in February 2024. I haven't received the purchase, and they haven't refunded me yet, claiming they need feedback from the carrier. I don't care about what happened with the carrier they hired. What matters to me is: I bought it, they know the merchandise isn't with me, and they won't return my money. Their contact team is simply the worst I've ever had to deal with.

Horrible company

Absolutely horrible company. I bought quite expensive pair of trainers and after only 2 months of use they started to make very loud and ridiculous squeaking/squealing noise, which makes them obviously unusable. When I contacted castumer service they could trace my order with email and address but wouldn't do anything about it cos I didn't have my order number anymore. Rubbish product and service.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Faulty garment set of three, will only refund one despite the fact the quality is poor (wore it once and it fell apart, no longer interested in the other items in the set). No offer of any other solution as the product is a ‘none returnable product’. Obviously means the quality of the product can be sub standard and nothing can be done about it.

Corporate make as much money as possible, whist doing as little as possible for the customer. Avoid.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service, I could see that they have delivered to wrong address, and for refund they are asking me to get a report with stamp from police. This process is taking more than months. So think before ordering online, the customer service is extremely poor. They don’t care about you your time and money .

WORST customer service ever all i can…

WORST customer service ever all i can say is AVOID IF YOU CAN...!!!!!

I've placed order on the 25th Dec after 09pm, by mistake my postcode it was wrong,next day I managed to contact them but the response they give is "I'm sorry but is nothing we can do". I lost £62 and the order has gone to somewhere lucky !!!

Their website does state delivery…

Their website does state delivery within 4-5 days but it takes alot longer, my order took 12 days to even leave the warehouse... once it had left the warehouse I did have it within a few days and was kept updated. I've used this company a couple of times and you do recieve your goods it just takes a little longer!

I loved my items

I loved my items, and they arrived in a stylish Tommy box. The only reason I've given 4 stars is did take a while to get here as Tommy UK not based in the UK (which I didn't realise when I placed the order). Would purchase from again.

Wish I would have read the reviews…

Wish I would have read the reviews first. Awful customer service. Ordered 2 coats took ages to come, returned both on 21 November Tommy Hilfiger tell me they weren’t even picked up till 30th nov. Over £400 out of pocket as items have not even been received back yet. NEVER AGAIN AWFUL SERVICE. Disappointing for supposed to be high end brand.

Very Bad Experience

A very bad experience.
I made an order for boots from Tommy Hilfiger.
I placed my order on November 25th and it was said the product will be delivered within 5 working days.
I got an email that the shipping will be delayed and the gave me a fake 10% promo code.
And today i got a email again that the order will be delayed few more days.
This is so disgusting.
I will never recommend Tommy for anyone anymore.
Too bad.
I am eligible for a compensation from Tommy Hilfiger.

No order status no communication poor service

Ordered Black Friday, money came straight out of account.

One week later received full refund with no status on order. Have emailed and received no response. Tried calling 3 times and have been waiting over 30 mins each time with no answer, one time somebody answered then put phone straight down.

The items I ordered are still online in stock and have gone back up to full price.

Terrible customer service, no communication and I expect far better from a supposedly “reputable” brand.

Will not buy again and do not recommend
