Excellent service from ordering to delivery in a short space of time

Brilliant, brilliant bedsheet! It's transformed my enjoyment of my new Tempur mattress.

Delivery guys great, so helpful after such a long trip. The mattress itself is so comfortable, sleeping like a log.

The mattress takes a lot of getting used to and every time I go away I have to re learn how to use it. Basically if you turn over it wakes you up as it needs to re mould itself to your new position. As a result I feel forced to stay still and then wake up stiff from not moving. I found the pillow comfortable though but my husband hates it.

Nina was very relaxed and informative no push and took plenty of time to show us every bed possible.

I only bought a Tempur topper but have to say I am absolutely delighted. We bought a new bed (not a Tempur) a few months ago and it was awful. So uncomfortable. MY sister suggested I try a Tempur topper on top of the mattress and it has made such a difference. I was getting out of bed like a cripple until I started using the topper. Thank you so much.

Lots of information on line from Tempur and easy to order . Quick delivery . Absolutely the best money I have ever spent - Tempur really is the best .

Just purchased a Tempur mattress from a local retailer and this is an excellent addition. The online ordering process was extremely easy and the fitted sheet arrived very quickly. The quality of the material is very good and because it's a tempur product, the fit is excellent.

I love my new pillow, it's the most comfortable one I have ever had ☺️. Quicky delivery and would highly recommend.

My order was dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Very good service.

I am unable to write a review as I am yet to receive my pillow.
I've tried contacting both yourselves with no acknowledgement or reply yet as its the weekend and there is no means to contact parcel force, their website just sends you round and round in circles.
However, I glad to see your ability to obtain reviews is still working at the weekend.
Very disappointed in both companies.

I have been contacted directly by Nikki at Tempur who has been very apologetic and help. Unfortunately Nikki has also been sent on a merry dance by Parcel Force who would appear to be the issue here.
Still have not trialed my pillow yet but star rating increased due to customer service.

All round appalling experience deriving from things that could be fixed so easily.

I have bought a £135 pillow from Tempur. It comes in three sizes. I’ve obviously ended up with the wrong one. The website steadfastly refuses to put any useful sizing information on it. In fact, different pages across the tempur site will list sizing information differently.

When I got in touch with the support team they said the only way of knowing sizes was to go to a partner retailer.

I’m desperate to fix debilitating neck pain so I immediately jumped in car to that retail partner. No luck because they do not stock Tempur and haven’t for some time.

So we have a product that comes in multiple sizes and a company totally unwilling or unable to help customers find the right size for them.

Just put sizing information on the website. That way I may have got the right one and you may have a customer still.

Double Purchased from Bensons - a very good buying experience from start to finish. Let’s say first of all that these mattresses are of course extremely expensive but they are also the best you can buy. Incredibly comfortable. If you can buy when there’s 25% off the £1500 price tag becomes slightly more palatable. They are guaranteed for 10 years and this is our 2nd Tempur mattress - the first one was as comfortable as new when it was sold on after 10 years (only replaced because we changed bed size) looking forward to 10 more years of amazing sleep and comfort.

Simply the best. Everything else to say will be unnecessary...

The team at Tempur are incredibly helpful, and I was advised on the best type of pillow, I would need, to better support my neck and head.
I am very impressed with my new pillow indeed, I’ve been sleeping 100% better. I no longer find myself waking up to adjust and flip the pillow over during my sleep. It gives me a full comfortable nights sleep.
I highly recommend a tempur pillow, it will change your sleep for the better.

I recently bought two pillows from Tempur and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. They’re really firm and supportive, and I’ve had the best night’s sleep for about a week since using them. You can truly feel the difference compared to standard pillows. I’m now very much looking forward to getting the mattress soon, as these pillows have completely exceeded my expectations.

The worst company ever I purchased the best mattress they have paid a lot for it and they send me wrong one make me wait months for replacement and even that is not correct the mattress has lost shape and firmness I expected a lot better I’m disgusted at this company and its ethics just what to make a sale the false advertise and then customers are left with a product they can’t use plz don’t buy from them.
