Great fitted jersey sheets

The website was easy to navigate, delivery was on time. Pleased with the fitted jersey sheets, they are better than conventional ones on our Tempur mattress. Bought these to replace older ones that were no longer up to the job.

Disappointing Refurbished Cloud Smartcool Pillows

I have requested refurbished cloud smartcool pillows from Tempur after having original ones and being satisfied with them. According to Tempur the refurbished are the exact same as the original which isn’t the case. The refurbished were in a tighter pillow case which made the pillow very compact and uncomfortable as compared to the original. The pillow case is a main component of the comfort and structure of the pillow, and this move completely obliterated that comfort without even informing the buyer. I would never buy a refurbished product from them again with how inaccurate they represent their products. Only reason I am not returning them is the hassle.

Delivery Persons were very…

Delivery Persons were very professional. Love my firm Tempur Mattress, it's so comfortable, helps regulate temperature for a good nights sleep. Never looking back, quality and comfort with Tempur mattress.

No communication about delivery for…

No communication about delivery for weeks.
When I phoned customer service to enquire and ask why I had hear nothing they said it was on its way, they were within the six weeks time slot and if I did not like it ( put up with it, put up with there lack of communication) I should get a refund ( and go away and not bother them any more).

£2,479 on the aweful Tempur Cooltouch…

I spent £2,479 on the Tempur Cooltouch sensation Luxe 30 Kingsize Mattress on the
25th April 2022. This is nearly the worst mattress I have ever had (only 1 other was worse and it was returned to Dreams as the technician tested it and it met the faulty standards.). I did complain about this Tempur but the way the Mattress technicians test them it passed the test so we were stuck with it. It has always been uncomfortable and only get worse, I get up aching every morning and can’t remember the last time I had a good night sleep, it’s meant to have cool control and I wake up sweating as does my husband. He rarely moans about anything and even he hates it. He is always telling me to get a new one but I have never spent so much money on a mattress and I refuse to waste all that money. I did contact Tempur directly and explained how awful the mattress was and they told me to contact Dreams and basically didn’t care that there product was so crap. I can’t quite believe I have put up with it for nearly 4 years and I’m really not sure how much longer we can endure it. I seriously take every opportunity to go away and stay in other beds because most of the time my body doesn’t ache like it does in my own bed.

Update:-

After posting the above honest 2 ⭐️review Tempur contacted and I have to say that the customer service I have received has been excellent so I have altered my star rating to a 4 ⭐️.

When customers purchase our products from a retailer, that retailer holds the customers 10-year warranty due to the agreement we have. This is why you were advised to contact Dreams in the first instance since Tempur does not have your customer details or payment.

Great Bed

I was bought a tempur bed and mattress 12 years ago and did love it but noticed it was starting to show its age. Time for a new one and I went to a local stockist and tried the options out. New bed and mattress took a while to order but once it arrived it’s been stunning. So lovely and comfy and such a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t buy any other bed

Great customer experience

Brilliant advice and guidance both pre and post sales from Amara and Dylan. Unfortunately the mattress wasn't right for both me and my husband so the team have arranged it's return. I would definitely recommend buying directly from Tempur as they have been so easy to communicate with. Thank you.

Pro plus is of a Poorer quality than previous mattresses

Many years ago, we purchased a tempur cloud 22 mattress and were so delighted with it that, when we felt it was time to replace it, we naturally bought a new Tempur mattress. We chose the new Pro plus @ £2500. After 8 months we noticed some dipping on either side of the mattress where we both slept. By 10 months, this became very noticeable and so we contacted Tempur (via the retailer) to complain. They sent out an "independent " specialist who did various tests including putting a weighted cord across the mattress and a chart to measure the dip. They declared that the dip was 10mm, which is an acceptable degree of dipping for that mattress. It needed to become 20 mm before it was classed as defective.

Another couple of months have passed and we believe the mattress has dipped further. If this is the case then the mattress is not going to serve us for years.

The cloud 22 mattress came with a 15 year warranty but the Pto Plus has only 10 years which, in my opinion, shows that the build is not expected to last anywhere near as long as our other mattress. We plan to review the dip again in 3 months before raising the matter again.

If you are thinking of buying a Tempur mattress, I would think again as I feel it is far inferior to earlier mattresses and is not worth the money. I certainly will not consider buying ftom Tempur again.

We would always look to replace a mattress if there is a 10mm indentation within the first year of the mattresses life.

Cloud and star pillow review

Delivery arrived quickly and returns process was straightforward.

Tried soft cloud first which wasn’t suitable for a front sleeper as too high and not very soft!

The shaped one is much better, the only thing that would improve it is longer bottom flanges to more fully support your shoulders
