Terrible. Been a Tempur Customer since 2013 and this cheap shit product completely deviate from the original Tempur product mission and scope. This is clearly a bad attempt to reduce costs to embrace low budget customer market. This can only cause Tempur to spoil their reputation.

Years of lower back pain almost totally eradicated in a single month. Absolute game-changer, so long as you are heavy enough for it to have the desired effect. By that I mean 70kg+ My wife is around 50kg and can't really sink into it. Beware the 20cm depth will mean most fitted sheets won't fit well and will gather in the night. Simple fix, Amazon sell corner securing sheet brackets for £10 that hold them nicely. Having bought them, I'd use them on any mattress now anyway. Really a minor considering the profound difference in back pain this mattress offers. I was hesitant to spend £1,200. I am most glad I did. The free protector and pillows worth £250 swung it. Also highly recommend the Tempur Symphony pillow for side sleepers. 80% reduction in neck pain and stiffness. Don't pay for the specific size pillowcase. Groove pillows tencel case fits and is excellent, plus cooling. Amazon offer a jersey case for £10 that's great value too! Overall, Tempur is pricey, but you get what you pay for in this case. If your suffering and want it to end, stump it up. You won't regret it!

Really comfortable mattress gives the sensation of having a bed to yourself due to non roll sensation. Never going back to coil spring again!

I am delighted with the mattress. It is extremely comfortable (I like a firm bed) and seems cool to sleep on and well made. Whilst still much more expensive than many other similar types of mattress, it is well worth the money. Also, so much more affordable than other Tempur mattresses
