I bought a soft pillow but it doesn’t have much give in it. It’s very heavy. I’m not sure that it’s helped me sleep better

Main issue with the pillow is firmness. It's listed as a medium, but it's nowhere close to a medium. This is as firm as it gets. The closest, and very close at that, feeling to describe it is like sleeping on a sandbag. Anymore firmer amd it would have been like sleeping on a rock. It's very frustrating, and very underwhelming.

Good quality pillow with a lovely cooling effect case. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable due to using a Resmed cpap mask. Tempur refunded very quickly.

Pillow became lumpy after 2 nights, wasn’t comfortable. I was told they need to be regularly plumped as they are blocked of foam. If I need to do a small workout before bed every night it’s not the pillow for me. Customer services suggested I sent it back before the trial period. Really disappointed.

As the Tempur Cloud SmartCool Pillows are made up of shredded pieces of foam they can tend to clump together sometimes which is why we suggest regularly plumping your pillow to avoid this from happening, unfortunately there is not much we can do to avoid this, as it's the foam inside that gives our products it's pressure relieving properties. Although I'm happy that our customer service team was able to assist you in returning your item for a full refund under the sleep trial we offer.

If you're not a fan of plumping your pillows, we do offer the Tempur Symphony Pillow which is a solid block of foam and unlike the Clouds, does not require any plumping.

Love how cool it feels each time I turn it over. It's really soft so make sure that's how you like a pillow. Downside ive found to this and the medium one is that the memory foam appears to migrate to above my head so that the pillow is full one end and flat the other.

Got these free on a deal with the mattress but in all honesty I’d feel a bit robbed if I paid full price for these. It’s a very heavy pillow and find it frustrating that I can’t use it to lean on to sit up to read as it’s so solid and doesn’t manipulate, meaning I still need my old pillow. However I will admit that never having a memory foam pillow before i see the appeal. It’s comfortable to sleep with and with the cooling benefit it means no flipping when hot at night.

Excellent pillow. The price is eye watering but as I have a degenerative neck condition I felt it was worth the investment. I bought the soft version as my neck needs to stay as flat as possible. It works really well. Super comfortable and stays cool which really helps better sleep.
