Delivery all ok but having had sloggi briefs some time ago which lasted very well, I can’t see the Recent order ones lasting long at all.
Material is much thinner than it used to be.
Odd that there seems to be no opportunity review on the Sloggi website .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a bra on 9th June. Money was taken on 16th June. 18th June sloggi email saying order delayed.
24th June I emailed them asking for either my order or a refund. They emailed that my complaint “has been referred to the relevant department”.
Nothing since! UTTER FRAUD.
Slow and zero customer service
Nine days and still waiting for a delivery. Emails written but only one email reply with no meaningful action. Terrible service. Suggest to everyone if you want Sloggi products go to Amazon as they will deliver quickly and efficiently
Very unhelpful customer service
I`ve placed my order and immediately realised that I've put the wrong delivery address on my order. Called the customer service and was told they cant amend the address or cancel the order. Very unhelpful customer service.
Feels wrong. Less cotton and more elastacine
I have some cotton full panties that I ordered a few years ago, and ordered the fullest cotton that I could get from Sloggis but there is now so much elastacine now that there it feels like polyester and does not breath as well. THe sizing was wrong too in that they seem to rely on the stretch and not the cotton so you get pinched everywhere. So order a size up, or try somewhere else for better quality
Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the quality of my latest purchase. The lace is already coming away from the legs at the front. I have 10 year old Sloggis in better condition, to be honest. I shall think twice before buying again. Unhappy customer of many years standing.

Having been a loyal customer for many many years, I am very disappointed with my latest purchase! Prefer 100% cotton, but seeing that they now add elastin and you can’t rely on the size as being true! They are very uncomfortable to wear and make my skin itch something chronic! Buyers beware, go up a size or even two and if you don’t like elastin don’t buy at all! Very disappointed in Sloggi!!!
Sloggi basic full briefs VERY SMALL
Sloggi basic full briefs size 16 are just too small. I can just about get them on but they cut in at the legs, too tight on the waist and don’t come up high enough so dip down at the back when I sit down. I refuse to buy a size up in the hope they fit. Sloggi needs to review its UK sizing. Buying these has been a waste of money and environmentally unfriendly. Landfill here they come!
Quality went to extreme downhill in 2024/2025
I used to be a fan of Sloggi Zero Feel Bralette and Bralette tops. It would be enough to have 2 bras a year, they would have thick nicely moulded pads and the seams would stay together without issues. For the past year - I’ve been buying same line bralettes and they’ve become disgusting quality!!!!!! the glued seams are falling apart in 1-2months!!! (I wash them always at 30deg as suggested); the pads are terrible quality now - wrinkling and thin! no better than any cheap bralette pads! And the price is even higher now! wow this is the end of sloggi… Trying to look for good quality alternatives.
Shrinking pants…
Ordered 6 pairs of sloggi pants from john lewis. Larger than I would normally but since having washed them by hand they have non the less shrunk . Shall not be buying from sloggi again

I purchased an item from uksloggi in January. I have been purchasing Sloggi for sometime. I found the uksloggi site and made a purchase. I then discovered that the item comes from Germany. So far no problem. I received the item and it wasn't exactly as described. I went onto the uksloggi site to request a return. It took me to a page where there was only ( I won't mention the company) and it was strictly that I had to package it up and take it to that companies place of business. I emailed them and stated that I am disabled and cannot get out so would they please collect. They wrote me back and stated they do not do this. I emailed back and said I would send it back if they give me an address. They emailed back and said I would have to send it back at my own expense. They did not give me an address, So I emailed back and asked for the address. They sent me the address to send it to which was in Germany. I then emailed back and said I would send it back by Royal Mail signed for and tracked. They were fully aware of the fact that I was sending this item by Royal Mail. I then arranged for Royal Mail to collect it and send it. I then started to track the item. It finally arrived in Germany and a few days later the post office there which is owned by DHL tried to deliver it on a Saturday at 9:06 pm. The tracking then said they left a note that explained to them what to do next. I waited 10 days and still nothing. So I emailed back and said I have sent this item back in good faith and as you were not there to received it and given details and how to get it I felt that I deserved my refund. They emailed back and said that I did not use their return label and they washed their hands of it. I emailed back and no reply. They did not retrieve the item from the Germany post office and nothing further happened. I gave up and unfortunately I lost that money. On March 5th my postie handed me a package saying it was undeliverable. It was the item sent back to me because uksloggi/triumph would not retrieve the item from the post office in Germany. So, the upshot of this very long review is that sloggi/triumph have NO consideration for disabled people and they could not even bother to speak to me any further.
Poor product and customer service
I did start off by loving these products but unfortunately not any more . After just 6 months the seam on one side of the bra top has just come completely apart. The company are not interested in this problem and the customer service is very poor. I shall now avoid this company and will try a similar product from a company who can demonstrate good service ... I am not surprised about the number of bad reviews they have .
Waste of time emailing them
I have been buying sloggi maxi pants for awhile now as they are very comfortable. A few days ago I emailed them asking about whether they would be stocking the pants I liked in the future, the reply I got did not answer my question, I emailed back and suggested they actually read what I had written, and had a second attempt at answering. Their 2nd email was no better. My advice is don’t waste your time emailing them.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying, this company is shocking. It took weeks for my package to arrive and only seemed to be delivered to the courier after I chased it. And then whilst the website said you could return items. When they finally processed my return weeks later then processed the return but simply decide to refund me 0.00 with no explanation

Sloggi products have deteriorated
Sloggi poducts have deteriorated, cost high. Tai Basic + Briefs, just don't last. Small holes appear, and fabric wears very thin. Fed up throwing away at around £10 per pair. I will be looking to find alternatives. How can Sloggi let this happen.
Quality gone downhill
Ordered 6 pairs of maxi classic knickers a size larger than normal. Sizing has changed. They appeared to be same size as I already have. Leg edging very scratchy. If this is what they are producing now I will no longer buy this brand. I have worn them for nearly 30 years but will find a new brand for future purchases.o
Avoid & save your money & time!!
Order was delayed, then Evri stated they delivered it. I was in at the time & nothing arrived. I asked for proof of delivery not just saying it had, still nothing. Sloggi do not want to help, they sent a PDF form & want it sent back, but then refused to acknowledge my signature as they don't accept electronic signatures!! They want me to investigate with Evri. Evri won't do anything until they here from Sloggi, they just say Evri said they delivered. Going round in circles!! These companies are awful!! Avoid!!
Awful Customer Service
The order was dispatched in a paper bag that was ripped in transit and one pair of underwear must’ve fell out. Sent pictures to customer service showing the order had clearly been rebagged by Evri. They told me I have to contact Evri and they would only refund when they can claim back the money from Evri. If I wanted the pants again I had to repurchase then contact them again to refund the P&P. As you can imagine getting through to anyone at Evri is a joke. Basically written them off. Will never buy from Sloggi or any Triumph brand ever again.
Avoid this shop
I placed an order in November. Then got an email saying that the delivery is delayed. Two weeks later I contacted Sloggi support and they told me that the order was cancelled "due to a system error". Then they said that they "request that you place a new order". Notice the word "request." :) They know the list of items and they could send them. They could also offer, say, a discount coupon. No. They just request that I place a new order.
